I was extremely pleased with this set of hand strengthening items. I was a little afraid that the quality of construction would be low since the price was so good, but they have still held up and I've had them for months. It's very comprehensive on helping improve grip, finger strength both pushing and pulling. The adjustable grip strengthenor is very well made and very clear on use. I will probably give a couple of these as gifts and when I need to buy another for myself. I'm extremely pleased with this purchase.

Lovely beginner set. It comes with strengthening, dexterity, and stretching items. Multi-functional and affordable.

It works as you would expect but the rubber handles leave a sticky residue on your hands.

This was purchased as a rehab tool after surgery. This great increased hand strength as well as mobility. Recovery was much easier and faster due to using this at home. There is adjustability in a few of the components to better fit your hand. The spring grip tool does have a counter on it which is nice if you are doing something else while workout your hand/forearm.

The forearm gripper was by far the best workout, but it snapped after just a few days of regular use. The ring still works, so it wasn't atotal waste.

This product is just like it is advertised. It works great. Made of good quality material. Easy to use and adjust tension. Very comfortable.

This is a very nice tool to use, better than a stress ball because you can adjust the tension and make it progressively harder.
