I bought some applicators that make it super quick, easy, and not at all messy to insert properly. Also, by morning I feel nice and fresh. There is no leaking for me during the day, since I mostly use it at night. And it keeps working for at least a few days or until more intimacy occurs. Cons: I tend to get mild cramping for an hour or so after insertion, but I barely notice it.
