This was my first matcha powder I purchased and I was very pleasantly surprised. I appreciate that it's organic and it tastes very fresh. I also love that it makes me feel slightly energized and doesn't give me jittery caffeine high that a lot of coffees do. The size is great to try a bunch of matchas however you like them before committing to a fuller size container. I've only tried this in iced matchas, but they are delicious! I don't know how this would taste in hot matchas, but I know the cool refreshing temperature of an iced matcha fits the flavor profile of this one well. My only complaint is that I feel like it takes a lot of scoops of this stuff to get a good matcha flavor. The serving size is I believe 1/4 tsp or 1/2 tsp, and I probably use 2-4 tbsps to get a good flavor. However, I do like a pronounced and distinct matcha flavor so if you like something more subtle this would be perfect for you. Overall, it's a fantastic product!

I didn't pay enough attention and wasted $10 on a 1oz tiny packet of matcha when I was expecting bigger for that price. Definatly not enough in this pack if you want to drink it regularly. Aside from the tiny bag, this matcha does have a great taste and color.
