I used this for pre-employment drug screens. Even though I am prescribed mmj my company still tests for it and a positive test is grounds for dismissal, meaning even though mmj is a prescription I will still get fired if caught using it. I am a daily user of about 15mg of THC every evening. Seldom do I use more than that but occasionally I'll partake on my days off work during the day. I have at home THC drug test strips and of course, tested positive. I'm 125lbs and about 20% body fat. I exercise regularly but I'm female so I have more fat than a man would given the same exercise routine. I drank a 16oz Ready Clean in less than 30 mins, waited 15 mins then refilled the Ready Clean bottle with water and drank that in under 30 mins. My first urination tested positive. Second urination tested positive, Urinations 3-6 including the official drug screen were negative. I've done a few trial runs at home with the XXtra Clean from Ready Clean and it doesn't seem to do any better than the 16oz version...just more liquid to drink. *IMPORTANT: One of my trial runs was with a bottle of Ready Clean that was expired. IT DID NOT WORK. All THC drug screens came back positive. It also seems less effective if you DON'T drink it in under 30 mins or if you eat while drinking it. My advise is to go on a liquid diet the day of your drug screen. If your test is in the morning, get up early and start the Ready Clean 3 hours before your test. Drink the Ready Clean fast, wait 15 mins, refill the bottle with regular water and drink it fast. Urinate a few times before going to the lab for the drug test. Eat, drink, and partake in anything you want after your test. IF your test is in the afternoon, just drink juice and water all day until 3 hours before your test, then drink the Ready Clean quickly, wait 15 mins, refill the bottle with water and drink that quickly. Make sure you urinate 3 times before going to the lab. You can continue drinking water as usual AFTER you have downed the Ready Clean + 1 full bottle of water. TASTE: I see that not many people mention the taste in their reviews... I have only tried the Tropical Punch flavor and it is good. It's not a flavor that I would ever crave but it's easier to down than most "health drinks". It is not very sweet and has quite a tangy taste. I plan on trying the orange flavor next.

Here’s my honest review. I don’t normally leave these, but I spent hours looking through other user reviews like this to get a good idea of what I was getting into with this product, and feel this may help someone that is in the position I was. I will start by saying I have been a daily marijuana user since I was about 17. I am 27 as of right now Ian a thin guy, about 5’10” and 142 pounds. As of the past 2 years, I have basically smoked only wax (concentrated marijuana) every single night and the occasional day time blaze if I was off work for the day. This is classified as a heavy smoker under every definition. I don’t work out, and don’t typically drink a lot of water. I guess you can say I’m kinda of unhealthy for a thin guy, lots of fast food and soda and what not. Well, I needed to change jobs for personal reasons, and was offered a great opportunity. Everything was going well with the hiring process, until I got the phone call that they need me to respond to an email that sets up my drug screening. As you can imagine, my heart dropped and my life flashed before my eyes. I had just taken a dab and was nice and stoned, and then was told i have at most 5 days from this moment to take a drug test. I started browsing online to see if there were anything a guy like me to do to pass this thing. It seemed all hope was lost because most of what I read online stated that detoxes basically don’t work. Especially for heavy marijuana smokers, I would need to be clean for at least 30 days to have any chance. I came across this ready clean stuff, and notice about half the reviews were people saying that it worked, and half of them stated that it doesn’t and is a waste of money. I really didn’t have anything to lose, so I ordered this stuff with w day shipping, 2 bottles so I could try it the day before my test to see if I stood a chance. I also went and purchased about 3 of one type of drug test from cvs, and the 4 of another from Walmart. I went all out. I also stopped my usage of anything marijuana related. 2 days after finding out about the drug test, and 3 days before the test was supposed to happen, I tried one of the tests just to see what it was all about before I even tried the detox. I failed miserably, as expected. Later that day my 2 bottles of this ready clean stuff arrived. I grabbed the first one and started chugging it at about 3pm. Finished it quickly, by about 315 pm. Then I refilled the bottle with water just like the instructions say, and chugged that over another 20 minutes or so. By then it was about 340 ish, and my stomach was very full and I just kept a water bottle by me to slowly sip on, bit much because I was so full, but just a couple sips here and there. I had to pee at about 4, and then by about 430 ish, my stomach was so jacked that I Had some gnarled diarrhea (sorry for the graphic description but I’m being honest). About 450 pm I had to pee again so I went. Then about 520 pm rolled around, so about 2 hours after consumption, I grabbed 1 of each drug test and pissed in them. This would be my 3rd urination session, 4th if you count the session of explosive number 2 that I went a little earlier. I passed both tests with flying colors! I was ecstatic. The next time I had to pee, about 550 pm, I took 2 more Tests, and passed them both as well. Took another test at about 630 pm (wanted to save 1 for day of) and I passed again. I felt very confident, but still anxious that the doctors office lab would know something was up or my urine was too diluted or something, but I had nothing to lose . Day of the test comes around, which is also the day after I just tried this stuff. I pounded the bottle at about 8am. Refilled it with water at about 820 am, and chuffed that. Now it’s about 845 ish, so I wait to go pee. First urination comes at about 9am. Then I went again st about 940 am. I left for the drug test right after that. I get to the hospital at about 1015 am, sign and and wait. Had to pee really bad but help it. I tested at about 1040 am, and went home. That was Thursday. Today is Saturday, and the results came back that I passed! I freaking passed !!!! This is why I felt compelled to leave this review. Hopefully it can get someone else out of a similarly sticky situation. Keep in mind I didn’t injest any marijuana for 5 days before the test , so I’m sure that helped.
