Thick with lots of nice dark black
This is a nice mascara, in the sense it is very thick and dark. It tends to be clumpy, but worth it esp for a nightly event. It has a lot of contrast on the eye, because it is so nicely dark and thick. If you take extra time to comb through and separate the lashes with another tool, then the lashes don't look quite so clumped together.

Worst raccoon eyes ever. A Big NO
I had a sample that I lived years ago and loved it, remembered it and so ordered again. I was so excited. For starters the brush is hard and angled weird and I poked my eyeball several times which is unusual I've been doing mascara for 30+ years and this rarely happens. So for it to happen this much was crazy. And 2ndly..... it was oddly under my eyes soon after thank God I happened to glance in the mirror or I would have never known I had raccoon eyes. I cleaned it up and looked again an hour later and it was under both eyes again. Since I tried it yesterday late afternoon, had a late night I went to bed with it on, which I often do and never had I ever seen such a mess in the morning. This is an absolute waste of money. Worst mascara ever.

Great Mascara, Greater Value!
This is the 3rd purchase of this mascara. I love the volume and lengthening. I used to purchase expensive mascara from Sephora. Not anymore! This is one of my favorites!
