Is it able to hold two regular laptops? Actually, I have one 15" laptop and one 14" protable monitor. I am wondering whether it can hold all of them.

My all-time high for cramming laptops into a single laptop bag is 7 (though 2 of them were tiny 11" netbooks). The loaded bag weighed a ton, so I had to walk funny to avoid looking like I was carrying over 50 pounds of smuggled laptops and parts. Fortunately, the Filipino Customs guys were either asleep or were being kind to me because they never even opened the zipper. However. karma took it's toll later on in Indonesia, where they seized a much larger shipment of other techie toys. Even there, though, the clerk offered to cut the duties in half if I didn't a demand a receipt (i.e. a bribe was being requested). It was very up-front because ALL of the customs guys were in on it, splitting up the loot right out in the open. But hey . . . at least I got that shipment in at a 50% reduction in duties. Note: I donate all of the computers I take overseas, mainly to schools and charitable agencies. So even though what I'm doing is technically illegal, I don't seem to lose much sleep about it. :)

Will the outer zippers slide together for pad locking?

Yes, if you use a small pad lock. The zipper already has a hole in it a small lock could lock the 2 zippers together.

I gave this as a gift so never used it but empty it was light, a good quality bag

Do the shoulder strap connectors swivel?

The shoulder strap stays in place with a rubbery side down so it should grip to your shoulder to hold it in place. You attach the strap by the clips on both sides of the bag.
