Premium look, beautiful design, nice colour and works Great!!!! The product is total awesome. Now dosa making is not a hectic work at all. You can enjoy all pattern of dosa like thin, medium thick and thick dosa according to your dosa needs. Dosa comes out very fast, I love it, I was unable to buy it before due to financial issues, but now i am really happy 😃😃😃😃😃

First machine which I received, works only two days later not making dosa properly it stopped in mid of pouring batter, I raised the request amazon team made replacement order and received within a week, thanks for the quick response, In the replaced machine works fine, I mentioned below pros and cons pros 1. it makes dosa very neatly and produce crispy dosa 2. its fun to make dosa with this machine, 3. Easy to clean the bowl and drum. cons, 1.compare to first machine this machine blade contact with drum is more force due to this I can see some minor scratches over drum. 2.Batter get solid in silicon bowl liner, it happened due after 4 dosa, we have to wipe out every time when its clot it is quit discomfort. 3.blade holding clamp is very fragile, it broken for 3 use. even this same issue happened in relative machine as well they suppose to redesign the clip in better way.

I gifted the Evochef Dosa Maker to my mom, and she absolutely loves it! She enjoys making dosas and various crepes, but used to get frustrated earlier when they didn’t turn out perfect on a tawa. Now, every dosa is evenly cooked, and just awesome — every single time. It’s super easy to use, quick, and mess-free. Tried all functions, knobs and settings, and each one has a unique outcome. The Dosa maker is her go-to machine for quick munching.Truly a game-changer and one of the best gifts I’ve ever given!

You need to pay 13K for the stuff. And then you get something MINUS clear instructions. It is a real mess to assemble it. I mean, for that price, why didn't the seller provide detailed, helpful instructions on how to do things? You need to go to youtube for a helpful version. Then they are not available on YouTube either. One or two are there, but that too won't really help you. Finally, one ends up desperate. You are not sure whether the unit is defective or not; the two levers attached to the container are broken, improperly fitted, etc. In my case, one fixing lever is just loose. no idea if it is defective. Then, at last, the container would not turn. What the hell? Manufacturer, please provide detailed, useful instructions with clear pictures. The small manual and the unclear colour images provided are anything but useful. Disgusting experience.

One if the best purchase. Really great product. Functions seamlessly. Only suggestion is they should have given extra spare batter container. It would be much helpful. Overall experience is good. Works just fine.
