Superb Baking results!
Wow, it is truly the best cookware I have ever had. So I bought the cookie sheets as well as the 9x13 for foccacia bread. Cookies and breads slide off the surface when lightly pre-oiled. I take cookies or focaccia bread off, and then wipe clean with a paper towel. It produces excellently baked goods
