Device is good

I bought this wireless 10 floor ( for 2 Floor application) product in Aug 2024 and the device started malfunction from sept 2025.upon enquiry from their customer care I found I need to replace battery.As per their manual this transmitter device is permanently pasted with strong adhesive on the bottom of my 1000L tank. Now to change battery we need to open the tank lid and unscrew the 4 screws of the device then remove the cheap masking tape which is wounded around the battery. Then you find 3 alkaline batteries soldered ( not lithium as mentioned in the product description) Now you cannot replace the battery so we need to take the overhead tank lid to near by electronic shop to solder on battery terminals ( normally soldering wires on battery is dangerous ) the solution given to me was to buy a new device. In short this is cheap use and throw device sold at premium price . Going to complain to Amazon

Very good product, very very impressive. Bought for 3kms range Does the job perfectly. I was worried to get a new water tank as there was a frequent issue of tank getting empty. This has helped a lot. Thank you for a gem of a product. Worth every penny.

I am writing this review after a year of purchasing. Kindly dont buy this device Pro:- Good customer service, they replace the product under warranty (if any issue) Within 5 month my device failed it got replaced. Cons:- After 8 or 9 month later.. transmitter battery gt dead, transmitter stopped blinking. Myself replaced 3 x 2a battery.. again transmitter started blinking but not pairing with receiver I contacted customer support regarding tell me how to pair transmitter and receiver. But they not telling how to do..instead of that they asking paid replacement (transmitter issue) 1star because of customer support Negative 4 star bcoz u need to replace the device within 5 to 1 year 1 replacement free of cost under warranty Rest of replacement u need to pay.. If u want to buy a device 1 or 1 half year go for it.. Long term if you thinking dont buy.. very very very expensive.. changing battery will unpair the device.. u need to change battery within a year.. company will suggest paid replacement. This is scam. Local market 250 rs it gt repair 3 or 4 month.. this device 3000rs it gt repair under warranty they replace. After that paid replacement. Buy local market product alteast we few thousands

My water tank is on 5th floor. The bluetooth signal works even the receiver is inside the building and transmiter is inside the tank cover. My tank is concrete tank. Not difficult to install. Also the sound of alaram is good to install in a common area. I m not sure abt d durability. I am using it feom last month only.

Used this product on Shakti 2KL overhead water tank and it worked straight away without any issues. Only issue i notice is with the decibel intensity of the buzzer which i feel is bit less and if rings and person is not attentive, it may be missed to acknowledge and take any action to prevent overflowing….. apart from this, the product delivery was excellent and even there was small quick-fix flue to fix the transmitter😃

I ordered almost of 5 swaran jal, with my same address Everything is good, even warranty also But my request to company that plz change the alarm instead of long beep to anything and second is losses it's signals lot of times
