great for a quick angle
it’s a good little tool, perhaps a little hard to read for older eyes but it’s also a good size for getting into small corners when fitting skirting. if you want an accurate definitive number maybe get a digital one but if you want a quick angle this is great. i also like that it gives you the angle you need on your chop saw. i used it for 3 years, doing lots of 2nd fix carpentry and it found a regular place in the tool belt. it’s not too big either. eventually the scale started getting worn and harder to read and yesterday it stopped working and i opened it up and the alignment tabs on the inside had broken off. i have ordered the aluminium version although that one is £50. i think £25 for 3 years of solid work isn’t too bad value really

Best £20 spent
A joiner for 30 years and this is one of the best tools I’ve ever bought. In fact, I bought another just incase this one gets pinched. It’s simple and accurate, and when doing hardwood handrails it’s simply brilliant. Buy it and save yourself the hassle of a sliding bevel and bisecting angles.

Simply brilliant
This little device makes measuring and then cutting mitres a piece of cake, it is one of the best tools I've bought and I highly recommend it, it is very solidly built and easy to ride. My only gripe... it is pretty expensive for a bit of plastic, yes it is a very solid bit of plastic and very well made, but it is still a bit of plastic

May have to come at this from a different angle!
A useful tool for quickly and accurately measuring angles. A locking feature may be helpful as readability is a bit tricky and can move quite easily. Feels a bit flimsy, it is only plastic so can’t expect too much. Overall not a bad tool but I think there’re some better options out there.

Superb gadget
Brilliant gadget, ideal for when I’m renovating old properties where there aren’t any 90 degree walls. Easy to use, I wouldn’t be without this in my tool box. It’s robust enough for me, I think there are metal versions available for more professional use.

Perfect Mitres first time! Better than digital angle finders!
Simple piece of kit. Works so well, though. Every cut fits first time now. Have tried digital angle finders brfore but they just don't last too fragile for site work.
