Great Price and Quality for a Gluten Free Diet.
Best deal on 2 lbs. of high-quality product. Product is needed for people who have gluten allergy, as product incorporated into rice flour makes rice flour products more like texture of wheat flour.

Got this because I keep finding Ninja Creami recipes with this ingredient. Works great! My ice cream comes out very thick and creamy

Great thickener
I am really impressed with this as a thickener. I have trouble with cornstarch breaking sometimes, but I have not had xanthium gum do that. This will get food a lot thicker faster. I use it the same way that you would cornstarch although it is very important with this to make sure that you whisky all the lumps out of it before you put it in your food. It doesn't have a taste that I can detect. This comes very finely powder and it's easy to work with. It is reclosable but I found it best to put it in an airtight container-it's just easier to spoon out that way. It would be nice if it came with some basic instructions, but those are readily found online. It's a good quality product that's fresh with a long shelf date. I am happy with it. I would buy it again. This is a great ingredient that I wasn't very sure about it first, but once I found out that it was made from cabbage and was actually a fairly naturally derived thing, I opened my mind to it, and I'm glad I did. It really is a more dependable thickener in a lot really hot things than cornstarch.

Finally a xanthan gum that doesn't give me hives. Most xanthan gum products are contaminated with corn protein. Not this one.

Great company and great product
I have used many different thickeners over the years and many have had much different results. This is the first time that we have used Xanthan gum. Over all I love this company the quality of all the products has been top notch. Their packaging is very well done, there were no clumps and the product performs well.

Nice product
