The honey calcium alginate dressing is great for diabetic foot, burns , pressure sores and venous ulcers. I have used this product for a few years on my Husbands diabetic sores and blistering caused from fluid in his legs. Amazon has the best prices and i receive it in 2 days or less.

These patches with the Manuka Honey already in the patches 100% medical grade, you still need to put the Manuka Honey in the tube with it for debreading. This stuff works like I've never seen.

My wound care specialist from the wound center suggested these to me to use on days that I don't go into the center or that someone doesn't come to the house to change my bandages. My wounds coverage must be changed daily. These Calcium Alginate 4"x4" are the perfect size, they absorb so much liquid keeping the fluid away from my open wounds. Most of the time the other brands that are used stick to my wounds and cause me pain while being removed. I love this brand of Dr. Med because it doesn't stick to my wounds when being removed. That is a huge plus. I ordered 2 boxes and they arrived 2 days after the order was placed. I will order more in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend Dr. Med Calcium Alginate 4"x4" wound patches.

Very little honey on each pad, most of which sticks to the backing when you peel it off. Product is “just okay” there are probably better options out there…

It seems to help healing but watch it on deep wounds.
