This is not a paid review. I did not receive anything free from the company for this review, although I happily would. First off let me say that I am beyond appreciative that Supcase gives back to the Military and First Responders. I purchased the Gray Camo Unicorn Beetle case for my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I can happily attest that this case is stylish without sacrificing durability. The camo pattern on the back is textured and feels nice while you hold it. The case design feels great in the hand without adding too much weight. A recent addition for Supcase is adding a second front part of the case without a screen protector attached, allowing you to use this case with an already installed screen protector. I find that a very valued addition. The buttons are firm, but still clicky and the cover over the charging port is tight to the rest of the case protecting from any dust or debris. The bevels of the case are high enough to protect the screen if the phone is dropped on a flat surface. The same goes for the case height on the back to protect the cameras as well. The kickstand is strong and doesn't need as much pressure to open as it did in years past. As anyone can tell by this review, I have been a long time supporter and customer of Supcase. Like all other products I have purchased from them I hold this new case in high regard. For anyone considering purchasing this case, it is a no-brainer. Supcase always manages to provide the best cases while still saving your wallet, offering better protection than Otterbox and Mous for a fraction of the price. Purchase this case. You will not be disappointed

This phone case for the S23 Ultra is great for a person that finds themselves in a harsh environment, but can find it somewhat unwieldy. With its sleek design, you won't sacrifice appeal for reliability. Featuring a clean looking design and plenty of colors to choose from, you won't be ashamed to take your phone out in public for anyone else to see. The beveled edges are raised just enough to protect your screen and cameras while still being subtle enough not to "stand out" from the natural shape of the phone. All of the protection for the interactable parts of the phone are correctly placed, and allow each one to function properly with no issues. All of the volume and power buttons still have the satisfying click when pressed, and the USB port is aligned perfectly to allow for ease of use. Even the port for the Samsung S23 Ultra S Pen is well designed to enable unobstructed access. Overall, the case functions very well. Unfortunately, there are some downsides to this case. One such issue is that the cover to the USB port is very stiff to open. Although it does a phenomenal job in protecting the port from dust and even water, it does not easily open, and most times takes two hands to keep open while you connect your usb. It can be inconvenient when you are half preoccupied with something else. Another issue that I have run into is the integrated screen protector. While it does its job for the most part in keeping the screen undamaged, it is not sealed. This means that dust can get under the protector and will need to be cleaned often. However, this is a minor issue. The fingerprint scanner works flawlessly (you need to reset your fingerprint once the protector is in place to make it function correctly), and there is a second part of the case that comes without the screen protector if that option is more viable for the consumer. In terms of durability, the phone case is very hardy and reliable in the event of drops. It is lightweight, and has a rugged TPU frame that assists in absorbing shock. The rugged edges also gives some additional grip to prevent accidental "Butterfingers" moments. However, the additional protection gives the phone some extra size, which can make it difficult for smaller hands to find a comfortable way to hold it. The case comes with some extra feature for some better quality of life. The integrated stand is easy to deploy and is sturdy. The belt clip keeps the phone secure with little to no risk of become detached. All in all, the Samsung S23 Ultra phone case is a great buy for someone that needs a rugged but not overly designed case that doesn't interfere with the primary functions of the phone.

I purchased this case in November of 2023, and have only used this case on my s23 ultra. I loved it when it when I first got it. It's very durable and well made. The blue was a beautiful color. Now almost two years later the rubber edge has yellowed/browned and stretched. It does not properly align with the front plastic frame. The kickstand has broken. I think the rubber would have kept its shape if it had been adhered to the plastic back differently. Despite this, I would likely buy the case again. Considering the use it has been through and a couple falls, it has kept my phone protected. The back portion of the case is taller than the camera, so nothing touches the lens while on a flat surface. For ~$30 it is a good deal. The rubber edge makes the phone have more grip in comparison to the smooth plastic. All of the buttons still work despite the loose edges. The built in screen protector worked well with the fingerprint for months. Now I used a different screen protector, and the case fits well around it.

Y'all... This case is well-worth every last penny. Let me tell you why!! It literally fell out of the phone mount on my motorcycle, going around 50 mph, and landed face down in the middle of the road. I just knew it was going to be all cracked up and most likely not even turn on if I even found it. I had ridden about a quarter of a mile before I realized it was even gone. After I did realize it was gone, I had to ride a little further to turn around and go back to hopefully recover it. I am not sure how many cars may or may not have ran over it since it had fallen. Buuut, when I did find it sitting in the middle of the road, I picked it up and the screen was completely in tact and not a scratch on the it. Now, with that being said, it was scratched on the screen protector, but that is obviously expected since it fell face down and probably rolled a few times before coming to a final rest. And that's also why it's called a screen protector. The plastic at the top had come apart, but again, that is to be expected. I just popped it back together. The back glass was cracked a little, but not significant. I have actually still been using the case while I wait on a new one to come in. If you are looking for a case that will protect your screen, THIS IS THE ONE!!! Also, the only other thing I would like to mention is the kickstand did kind of stopped working correctly almost immediately after I purchased it. I don't know how to explain it, but it just doesn't fully stand up the way it is intended to. It does work, but you have to be gentle when sitting it down or it just falls down completely. It's still a great case though. Well worth it and I already have a new one coming!!

Good case.. I'm rough on phones and after replacing my phone twice on the past year decided to go for rugged. This will protect it. As much as I hate making my phone bigger, I had to give up on slim phone case dreams and after 3 months of use so far, it has survived drops on concrete, tile, even a good solid corner drop on tile. No breaks or cracks, my screen and camera lens are fine so far. 👍 I like the included front case options, with, or, without a built in screen protector with enhanced biometric/thumbprint spot. I'm using the built in screen protector front face. Sturdy belt clip case/cover, fyi phone (does not rotate on belt clip like an otter). It was a learning curve to get the case on and off. At first the rubber front was hard to fenagle off, once I saw a video saw where to start peeling the case open, I was fine. the thumbprint spot at first was a pain, I have Huskies and it's nearly impossible to get it on without a dog hair stuck. Took alot of rinsing and repeated application tries to get it right in order to use the built in screen protector front with the thumbprint spot. Once I got it on right, wish I had sooner.. Great with biometric spot for unlocking my s23 ultra. Good kickstand for landscape position, but not as stable for portrait. The rubber grip around this case is awesome, don't drop it or slip out of my hand as frequent. Caution: the flap that cover the charging port is stiff, stretch it gently so that it won't bend and break your charging cables while plugged in. Caught the male cport before it got bent too out of shape. Which also leads me to mentioning that wireless charging works fine thru this case. My only complaint with this case is that I'm an avid screnshotter, and, of coarse it's tricky to get buttons pushed the way they need to ie, double pressing power button, pressing two buttons for shortcuts.. The side buttons on my case have to be pushed damn near recessed into the case for them to work. (volume and power)

I really like the case itself. It was easy to install. Its very durable and protects the screen very well. However, I find myself having to remove the case and clean inside it for duest at least once a week. Also, the stand on the case popped off and is now broken

UPDATE!!!--After I left my review, the company reached out and wanted to make it right and offered to send me a new case. They shipped on their dime and I received my replacement within a couple days. I put the case on and the case and screen protector were a perfect fit and the thumbprint laid down with no issues this time. I have no issues using my biometrics now. I have purchased several cases from SUPCASE and will plan on continuing to support their brand. Thank you! I must say I should have reached out right away because my original shipment arrived with the box damaged/partially opened and no foam between the case components like their was in the replacement shipment. I'm not sure if Amazon ships out random returns and that is what happened. It was a little odd. Hopefully if it is the fault of Amazon, they will be able to work stuff like that out. PREVIOUS REVIEW: The actual case provides great protection for my phone. I have used this brand for my phone cases for the past few phones that I have had. When it comes to the built in screen protector with the little thumb print thing...it sucks. It is almost like the film for the screen protector is loose and then the pad for the thumbprint doesn't adhere to the screen. This causes a misread of my thumbprint which is super frustrating. My wife has the same case for her phone and the screen protector lays flush with her phone and has no issues (she has a different phone than me). Just kind of bummed since I love this brand and thinking I need to try something else.

I had a Unicorn Beetle case for my old Galaxy Note 8 that was terrific -- lasted the life of my phone for 5+ years, protecting it from several drops. So when I upgraded to a new Samsung S23 Ultra, I knew I wanted another Unicorn Beetle case for it. The new case is great -- same durability as my old one, but they improved the port covers and also include a little pop-out stand which is a nice touch. Highly recommend this case if your focus is on durability and protection of your phone. If you are looking for a case which is very thin, however, this isn't for you. The case does add some bulk to your phone -- but that's where the protection comes from. I've had no issues with wireless charging, and the fingerprint reader works fine through the included screen protector. Note the screen protector is not just one of those stickers that you paste on top of your screen. This front is a clear plastic barrier mounted in a frame which clicks to the back so your phone is completely covered on all sides. The only thing from the actual phone that remains exposed are the camera lenses. I suppose a nice feature for Unicorn Beetle to consider adding would be a sliding camera cover to protect the lenses. Otherwise, great case. Only issue -- and I am not sure if it is due to the case -- is I notice my microphone sometimes has trouble hearing me when I dictate texts/e-mails. Not sure if that is a glitch in the phone itself or something caused by the case covering the microphone too tightly.
