I do not "fast", but I thought I would try this out on my sensitive stomach first thing in the morning when I haven't eaten for about 15 hours. I don't usually get my breakfast made until 3 hours or so after I have gotten out of bed, due to my lengthy morning routine (unimportant stuff I do..) This tends to be too long as I often feel a tad queasy by the time I get around to eating. I won't mind making a cup of tea after my shower to tide me over until breakfast though. This tea tastes primarily of chamomile, not my most favorite flavor, but I know it is supposed to be good for you, and I try to consume things that are healthy to help balance out the unhealthy. I can say that it does settle well in my stomach, and even help settle my stomach. I also love the pretty tea bags! They are made of a different material than the typical tea bag...like a very fine mesh net. I make a little 2 cup pitcher of boiled water and steep the tea bag for over the amount of time they suggest - which is 3-5 mins. The picture shows the tea after steeping for around 10 minutes. The tea was about the right strength, not too weak or strong. I didn't add any stevia, like i usually do and it was pleasant. Another addition to my morning routine!

I purchased this item because I’ve started my intermittent fasting journey. It has great taste and helps keep me on track. I recommend this product.

First things first....this tea is delicious. I sometimes will sweeten teas that don't contain that much flavor, but I found this one to be great with nothing additional additives. Secondly, it works as advertised as a fasting tea. I fast between 4:30 PM and 8:30 AM every day. The hardest part of fasting for me is not actually getting hungry. It's the thinking about food or just wanting to taste something. This tea works great for that. Sipping on it keeps my mind off food. Thinking about it, there are probably many other zero-calorie teas that could be used for the same person and are not marketed that way, but that's just a side thought. This tea is definitely on the costly side, but you can use each tea bag multiple times. The directions say you can use each bag up to three times, but I'd say twice is close to reality. Overall, this has permanently changed my approach to intermittent fasting. This is a great product.

I'm not against all medicine but any time I can use natural remedies I am extremely happy. Biggest concerns for me when fasting are not damaging progress I have made on gut health and keeping inflammation down. This tea not only supplies natural ingredients but it uses a combination of ones that focus on gut, liver, gall bladder, and immunity health. Add to it that the ingredients offer more health properties than those listed above, smells amazing, tastes great, and you have a total win in my book. While it didn't eliminate all hunger, it was great for sustaining me so that I didn't experience brain fog, lack of energy, migraines, nausea, or cramping. As an unexpected bonus, I found it alleviating menstrual cramps too. Photos are direct from bag, after 1st steep comparison, and after third steep. There is a slight notable lack of strength with each use but the flavor stayed. Package only recommends 3 uses per packet. I tried all at hot, cold, and room temperature without any noticeable difference in taste, strength, or effect.
