It's a bit heavier than I'm used to. It saturates well when the base surface is good and wet with resin. The fibers seem to pull away easier, but that may be what gives the product the ability to saturate. Just be sure to use a cheap brush to smooth the fibers down as you're finishing. It works well. I'm building a small custom shower pan and it's more than I need because I'm also using cloth.

This is great cloth. Strong, flexible, and saturates easily when applied by hand or with a vacuum bag.
