Less Seed count then promised and No Germination
Received Less Seeds than promised received only 7 seeds and not a single seeds germinated. I know very well how to germinate the seeds well.

Not a single seed germinated. And yes, I know what I am doing. These are very pricy ($1 per seed) for such poor quality. $10 is completely wasted.

This is misleading. You would not get any seeds. Instead you will receive brown mushy unhygienic material.
