Best alternative to Ozempic
It works and definitely suppresses your appetite. I found that my food cravings to eat unhealthy snacks was greatly diminished which was great! It’s a good alternative to the Ozempic and other Semiglutide shots if you are looking for an OTC option. I am able to manage my weight and even lose a few pounds after getting off the Ozempic shots and trying Alli instead. It’s the best over the counter appetite suppressant that actually suppresses your appetite and actually works! I’ve have tried Glucomannan, Burn-XT, SkinnyStix, Noom, and they all didn’t work. Side effects: One complaint is that if you eat very fatty foods and take the pill be close to a bathroom, lol. It does make you go a lot.

A tool to help after stopping GLP-1 agonists
I have used Alli for years to help me remain mindful of my fat intake. It really helps because (as others have noted) the physical cost of consuming too much fat is not pleasant. So Alli keeps you on track. Recently I decided to try a GLP-1 agonist (specifically Zepbound) to lose more weight. During my time on Zepbound I stopped using the Alli as I was eating so little food (and almost no fat at all) that it wasn't needed. I weaned off over 4 months ago and restarted the Alli. I have NOT experienced weight rebound since stopping the GLP-1 medication (in fact I am almost 10 pounds lighter than when I stopped. Statistically, I should be up about 5 pounds). While I do have good eating habits, exercise regularly and vigorously, etc., I do think the resumption of the Alli, along with healthy habits, has been helpful in maintaining the weight loss.

Don’t take if you’re not working out u will NOT see a difference in your body
I’ve been taking Alli for the past 8 months and just finished my first bottle, so I wanted to share my honest experience. I’ve lost about 10 pounds, but that’s also with staying consistent in the gym and being mindful of my diet. This isn’t some magic pill, but it definitely helped support my routine and kept me feeling more on track. I’ve noticed the biggest difference in my waist it’s gone down about 2–3 inches over the past few months, and overall I just feel leaner and more toned. I wasn’t looking for extreme weight loss, just something to help me stay consistent and maintain a balanced lifestyle, and this did exactly that. I’ll definitely be repurchasing and continuing to use it as part of my routine.

New Package, New Capsule-NO PERFORMANCE-PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD PRODUCT
I have used Alli since it was first brought onto the market and Xenical before it was rebranded as Alli to great use and effectiveness. Even when you include the side effects (thank good news for Tide), it was an excellent product that did its part in helping me lose 20lbs or more every year that I needed to lose a lot of weight. I recently needed to lose some weight but after a week, I notice it was not working—-no weight loss and no side-effects. Attached here is the bottle I purchased and it came in a different package. I even purchased from multiple vendors. Today, I was wondering if there was anything I could learn on the internet and should not have been surprised when I discovered that others had the same experience I found an older capsule, it was much smaller than the new one. The older version is pictured on the left and the newer one was on the right. Note the difference in the granularity. The old one on the right iis a fine powder, the one on the left is more coarse, like pepper. In the last year I received samples of the Oristat from an international pharmacist and it worked the same as the old product. It made me wonder—like the MD review here—-is the capsule thicker and the product not effective because it stays together through out my digestion? I also wondered if it was possibly fake? The artwork of the brand is also different (thinner font) and the label seems cheaper—even the box it came is did not have the shiny appearance of the former package. The new one looks cheaper. If it is authentic product, it is definitely less costly to make vs the fancier box that was curved and not a box. Because the package and art look so different, I believe that it is authentic —not a bad fake. I plan to call the manufacturer, I expect their customer service to be on top of this and will see if I can edit this review later. This is expensive product and may attempt for have the sellers give me a refun on the unused product. Hope this was helpful
