I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the customer support experience I have encountered while trying to resolve an issue with a product I purchased from Ambrane. On July 30, 2023, I placed an order for a cable : Ambrane 2in1 Type C charge and sync (Amazon Invoice number - BLR8-2549998) from Amazon, and initially, the product worked satisfactorily. However, after a few days of usage, the cable stopped working altogether. In my efforts to seek assistance and have the issue resolved, I have faced significant challenges and setbacks. Firstly, I contacted the Ambrane helpline, and they advised me to visit the nearest service center to get assistance with the faulty cable. I followed their advice promptly and went to the service center in Pune Hadapsar area (BG Telecom) with the expectation of receiving support to resolve the issue. However, my experience at the service center was far from satisfactory. The service center employee informed me that they were unable to generate a job sheet for my complaint because the model number of the cable was not available in their system. This lack of information on their end left me perplexed and frustrated, as I expected a more seamless resolution process for a product purchased from a reputed brand like Ambrane. They also advised me to leave the cable with them so that they can try to raise the request later. I called the them today to check for an update they said they are not able to progress anything and advised me to contact Ambrance support team. Furthermore, I contacted the helpline once again to report this issue. They generated a new complaint ID for me - S230914MH2133229. However, when I shared this new reference with the service center employee, I was met with indifference and told that it would be of no use. To my astonishment, the employee refused to assist me any further, effectively stating that I should come and collect the cable as they were unable to help. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. As a customer, I have not only received a faulty product, but I have also been met with uncooperative and unhelpful customer support, both on the helpline and at the service center. This lack of responsiveness and resolution is not what I expected when I chose to purchase Ambrane products. I believe in the quality and reputation of Ambrane, and I had hoped for a more customer-centric approach to resolving issues. However, my current experience has left me deeply unsatisfied. I kindly request that you take immediate action to investigate and rectify this situation. I urge you to ensure that your customers receive the support and assistance they deserve when they encounter issues with Ambrane products. I hope to see a prompt resolution to this matter and a return to the high standard of customer support that Ambrane is known for. I look forward to a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue. I recently purchased the Ambrane Type-C to Lightning Cable (ABTL-125) primarily for its attractive price point and advertised features. Initially, the cable performed well, providing fast charging and data transfer speeds up to 22.5W and 480Mbps, respectively. The 1.25-meter length and nylon braided design added to its appeal, suggesting durability and convenience for daily use. However, after approximately two months of regular use, the cable began to show signs of wear. The connectors started to feel loose, and charging became inconsistent, especially when my phone case was on. Some users have reported similar issues, with cables ceasing to function entirely after a short period. While the cable offers excellent value for its price, its longevity and reliability may be concerns for users seeking a long-term solution. It's a suitable option for those needing a temporary or budget-friendly charging cable, but for consistent performance over time, investing in a more premium product might be advisable.

After using it so carefully then also it only lasted me 4 months! Quality should be good and durable! It stopped working without any damage!

Brought only because it's cheap and didn't expect it to be fast, same speed as original cable but longer and durable. At 125 it's a steal for usb c to lightening cable
