I love the touchscreen and Bluetooth so I can cast easily to my tv, also the fact that I can have different tabs or windows open in the same screen at the same time withouth having to hide any well at least four apps or windows in one single screen, I love windows 11, amazing graphics and with the Bluetooth no more wiring needed so you can plug your speakers, perfect weight, great speed, good quality, and very functional and it's Versatility is just nice.

I am new to Windows 11 and trying to learn how to use some things with the laptop, but so far I am happy with the computer. I have not used the touchscreen much - not used to having it, but it does work - still haven't figured out how to cut and paste - no left or right click bar on the bottom of the little touchpad at the bottom of the keyboard, haven't figured out how to minimize pages I want to get back to, but, hopefully, I can find someone to direct me on how to do this, as sometimes the MY HP info has not helped me in simple terms - sure the info is there somewhere, but not computer-savvy. It is a lot faster as compared to my old laptop, and I am sure I will figure it out (with a little help from my friends) in due time.

I puchased this laptop about two weeks ago and there is a lot I love about it. Easy set up, touchscreen, graphics etc. I read other reviews that said the battery life was good or great. Maybe I'm fussy but I have to leave my laptop plugged in when I'm using it because the batter lasts about 2-2.5 hours if unplugged. It advertises about 6 hrs of battery life. I'm nowhere near that. But other than that I'm happy

Great screen quality, color, weight, screen, and size are perfect. Super easy setup. Great speed out of the box.

Quite frankly, at first I was hesitant. However, HP has been my go to and this new one is a pleasant surprise with the speed , capability and the touch screen coupled with the Ram and the main storage is a true value. Well done Amazon and HP

Received this laptop, it didnt work correctly ,I contacted amazon, they said contact hp, so I did. Hp "repaired" it, but it wasn't really fixed. I contacted hp a 2nd time, and they tried to charge me $40 for a flash drive with a new operating system. I refused and used my own flashdrive. They said if we uploaded a new operating system THAT would fix the problem. It didn't . SO I tried to get it repaired 2 times while under warrantly , now that the warranty has expired (2 weeks ago) and I AM STILL having the same issue, BOTH AMAZON AND HP tell me, " too bad, too sad"

I ordered this for my oldest who started college this fall. It had all of the capabilities I was looking for and was very easy to set up. I was looking for a very specific set of features, and this met all of them. I especially like the 16GB of RAM so she doesn’t have to be concerned with system slowdowns as she progresses with her classes.

This is definitely a step down from my Lenovo. Screen resolution sucks and its like watching a TV without HD since is has no HDR. Display looks misted out most of the time and hard to see without constant adjustments to screen angle. Keyboard hard to type since its hard to see too and addition of the numerical keypad makes me constantly have to look down when typing so not to make mistakes. Hard to default to Chrome or add programs not in Microsoft, Keeps bugging me to do that, Really don't like this machine as its poorly designed. Good for a kid who has schoolwork and better vision,

yo crei que la calidad no seria buena pero resulto ser todo lo contrario yo revise los que pusieron 1 o 2 estrellas y realmente eso no me paso al contrario estoy muy contento con la compra si cumple lo que promete ahora se convertira en mi computadora principal y yo inicialmente la pense para exclusivamente trabajar ahora tendre que comprar otra igual para trabajar y modernizarme es como comprarte un tesla super moderno te va a durar media de 8 años muy buena tecnologia precio muy competitivo bien tod muy bien ya veremos cuanto dura realmente la pila pero la resolucion de pantalla si es buena la bocina suena mejor que cualquier windows 8 no es beat audio pero no es tan mal lo que debe de ser en ese caso mejor compra unas bocinas externas quizas la camara es chica ... pero no se ve mal solo no es 4k es 1080

Una laptop que cumple con los requisitos en la descripción, súper ligera y muy rápida. Al ser importada (vivo en México) se tiene que cambiar la configuración del idioma y demás, pero nada complicado. Llegó dos días antes del tiempo estimado.
