I had previously had one of the more expensive headrest, which was good and lasted over 3 years before the mesh wore out. I use this chair at least 12 hrs/day, 7 days a week. While this one is new so I have no information regarding it's longevity and durability, I like it much better. It not only looks better but works better in that it is easier to adjust, holds its set position better and is more comfortable. It was very easy to install. The build quality seems very good. I highly recommend this headrest and give it 5 stars!

This headrest fits great with my herman miller chair. It attaches easily and provides the same style comfort as the chair. The headrest adjusts vertically and in an angle. I enjoy the product but do think it is somewhat overpriced but nothing compared to others over 100. I do like the rear coat hanger which comes useful for putting my suit jacket when not needed for video concert.

At first it seemed weird that the only adjustment I could make was UP or DOWN - then it made sense. Now I love it! The lowest position allows my head and back to be correctly aligned. Now after a few days, I can no longer consider having my chair without it! When I’m seated, the alignment gives me the authoritative posture. I can also rest when the chair is reclined. No sense of pressure at all anywhere. The add-on hanger is a plus too! It gets rid of the unsightly clothing (e.g. jackets, sweaters) that I tend to hang on the chair. It has been one of the coolest, ergonomic, and functional items I’ve purchased as of late. Go get yours!

So this was super easy to install. The issue was, I’m not tall (torso) enough for the neck part. It was easy to adjust when sitting. One of the guys that was taller said it was comfort and supported his neck well, it just didn’t work for me. The product was very well built and looked great with the chair! Several of my coworkers wanted to keep it, but I told them to buy their own. I’m roughly 5’6 and short torso.

I got this for my 20-year-old Aeron chair, previously upgraded with rollerblade casters, a new seat, and a taller lift. I hesitated to spend more than twice the amount on the Herman Miller OEM version, so I decided to try this one even though there were only 26 reviews. As others have mentioned, the color is not an exact match (lighter gray in my case), but I think only the most diehard Herman Miller connoisseurs would notice the difference. It was easy to install but included hex key tool was a little large for the screws. This could be due to excess paint on the head of the screws. The instructions are a little confusing, especially the first step, which tells you to look for a mounting hole on your chair (there is no hole on your chair; it is in the headrest frame itself). The headrest frame clamps on the back of the chair easily. You can adjust the tilt, but these screws are tight, and the included hex key is not great, so use caution so you don't strip the hex head. Maybe use your own hex keys. It didn't use the included stainless steel logo plate to cover the hole in the coat hanger. I think it looks fine without it, and I want to be able to remove the coat hanger in the future if needed. The coat hanger has no problem keeping my sweaters off the floor, and now you cannot see them during video conference calls. Overall, it was a great upgrade for the price. Versus the OEM version, I think you are just missing the lever allowing tilt adjustment on the fly.

It's too tall. Even after adjusting it down to the lowest height and tilt, it still rests on the back of my upper head. I'm 5'11" with an Aeron size C chair. I feel like the headrest might be best for a size A or B chair.

The chair should have came with a headrest. However this headrest attachment looks like it was original. The material match/color is spot on. Also the function and adjustments are great. The coat hanger feature is a nice add on, but would be better if it had a no-slip texture. Despite the high price it is still worth it because this headrest will save you neck pain.

It took a little time to figure out, but it was easy to install and works great. Really helps with my neck problems and makes the chair even better. So glad I found this.

Quality and adjustments make this a must have. Personally, I've had my Aeron for over 25 years now, it's a tank and keeps on going, but the lack of neck support often had me lurching my neck forward in an unergo fashion. This neck support is a must have, something I should have purchased a lot earlier. It's definitely a game changer and turns the aeron into a more complete chair.

Better alternative then Atlas The jacket hanger at the back is the reason I bought it. Works harder than just a headrest. Easy to install and works even better than expected. Protect your jacket. Highly recommended. Good
