Great mat to practice ball striking. You can really see if your swing is coming from the inside. Also it shows if your divots are before or after hitting the ball.

Updated Review: I purchased this on Dec 6, 2025 and today is Dec 24, 2025. I have used it for 18 days straight. It has over 30 hours of use. I am a low handicap player and I'm striking on this mat with downward pressure compressing the ball. I have to admit it works perfectly in revealing your swing path, divot location and club head contact point. I used impact tape on club head and lined it up with the divot mark, and they lined up perfectly. So this product performs flawlessly in analyzing those things. One complaint is that it moves with each swing and needs to be readjusted in place. I used it on grass, and on a ceramic tile floor, in which it held in place a little better. I inserted two metal 5 inch stakes at the handle and two on the front left and right edge to keep it from creeping forward. On day 17 of its use the rubber handle section ripped and the front edge ripped as well. So my take on this product is it performs perfectly revealing your divot, it will not disappoint in that area. I found it to be better suited for indoor flooring, carpet and on concrete. For grassy surfaces it would require a spiked bottom. Also at this price range it would be nice to have the option of purchasing a replacement sequin strike pad and perhaps four recessed holes at each corner where plastic lawn spikes could be inserted to hold the mat in place on grass. Other than the rubber base ripping on me, the sequin mat has surprisingly taken a beating and is still going strong. I figure if I got a solid month or two of use, it revealed more information about my swing that a one hour lesson with a coach. That is my take!

Love this practice mat. I have been playing golf for 25 years 8-10 times a year and I have always sucked. I found this on the internet 5-6 months ago and now I am finally hitting every ball out of a bucket crisp with every club in the bag. Its addicting I probably take 50-80 swings a night. I starts to look wore out right away but after the 6000+ swings I have into it it still does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you hit a 100% power fat shot you will ruin it though, I am on my second one. This is for 60-80% swings working on technique. This also make a great gift for any golfer in the family.

Works great for checking divot location. Durability has been very good. I swing on this thing probably 40 times through out the day. I generally don't hit full shots on it as I'm trying to dial in my low point and it is very reactive to that. I have hit full shots and it stays in place reasonably well. It has held up very will over the last several months, with minimal damage even with some hard swings and deep diggers.

It works fine and is very helpful for feedback, swinging with a ball or without. Just don't expect it to last forever. The better your swing, the longer it will last. If you have a habit of grounding the club and hitting fat, or if you're trying to learn how to hit down on the ball, you may want to try something else, or buy more than one.

We love this. I hit them straight about 98% of the time but my husband could never and this really helped my husband see his problem and fix it! He honestly fixed his problem in 1 day. Now he’s amazing at it because of this! And we still use it at home :)

Great tool to practice at home. However, it's wearing kinda quicker than I'd like. Probably will have to replace the mat after a couple of months of use.
