Very good quality for the price

I was so happy to have my device and how cute it was when it came in I even gifted two others out. However my device when you no longer want it in the case the screen lifts up. I digress that it didn't come up much and continued to work so I over looked it. Not too long after it shut off and never came back on charging for a week never came back on take the case of thinking it's messing with the way its charging. The whole case came off and the power button went into the device. At this time it's too late to return the item. I have accounts on the tablet I can't access or cancel so I'm being charged for things I can not use and been giving a hard time about returning and canceling out the account. Be careful get insurance on this device and or just don't take the case off to avoid all this trouble. If I could hold my phone and show what I'm taking about at the same time I would but it's impossible. Hopefully Amazon and or the company is willing to help me with this because it's costing me more than the tablet itself.

I've had the tablet a bit over a week, to replace the 8" Fire tablet I've had a couple years. It is better than the Fire, you're not locked into the Amazon ecosystem so I could download Weatherbug, another browser that wasn't Silk (in my case Edge), etc I do love the larger screen and better graphics. It is bit heavy as I've seen others comment on, but with little to compare it to it's quite ok. The keyboard and mouse easily paired up to the tablet once I figured out what I was doing but other than testing haven't used them. Only negative really is the battery: if I'm going full bore and surfing/reading a lot it goes down faster than the Fire, maybe 1% every minute or two or three. I turned the screen brightness down from the default and that helps some. All in all a fine product I have no regrets buying.

Just curious as to where the extra memory card slot is. I like the tablet just need to exspand the memory. Listed as 1 tb compatible. Found the port, you have to remove the cover to reach it next to the usb c port. Nice tablet, you can turn up the ram to 10 in settings if needed. Works great, a lot of fun to mess with being a Linux user and having installed Android OS's in previous devices.

Very easy to set up, keyboard was a easy setup also, watched movies on train for hours with no problem. 100 % satisfied with my purchase.

Works great when it works, crashes about once a week

I love everything about this package, save one. The mouse was awful. The tablet works so very well, the keyboard too, it charges easily and the battery lasts a long time. I bought it as a backup to use for working and it does that very well. Overall very happy that I chose this tablet.

I received this and mine is actually Android 13 not 12. My only complaint is that Netflix says it is unrecognized so I've followed their instructions to mail them. It is a very new device and not recognized yet. Otherwise it is great. Touch screen; good video and audio, fast, good battery life, cheap price and even has a keyboard, pen and mouse. I keep swiping the cover as if it is a touchpad instead of touching the screen lol. I like it and am happy with it. 5 stars.
