Fit perfect
Fit properly but was not the most simple automotive task as i remember having to bend an exhaust pipe out of the way to drop the pan. This was to be expected though as every instructional video i watched beforehand said the same thing

AC parts at a great price. I would like to know why the engineers felt it was necessary to make the exhaust pipe so close to the pan. Makes it harder to remove the pan to install the filter. Have to drop the exhaust pipe to get the pan off. Dumb idea!!

the filter went right in,just make sure it goes all the way to the lip. i didn't change the round ring. if it holds well you don't need to replace replace it. this fits the 6 speed transmission option code JF3 . Do yourself a big favor & pop off the rubber exhaust hanger past the transmission & put a piece of 2x4 against the 2 crossmembers & use a ratchet tie down to pull the exhaust pie down about 2 inches, otherwise you can't get the pan off! also don't run the engine to try to get fluid out. get a trans. fluid catch adapter for your drain pan. the fluid drains at the rear of the pan. the gasket on the trans. is reusable, so i didn't need the one i bought. you'll need 6 quarts of fluid.

Good price, genuine part, missing the seal in the photo
It appears to be a genuine ac delco, however mine wasn't shipped with the seal in the photo. I ended up reusing the one in my truck, hope it holds up. 2015 silverado 6l80 transmission.

OEM that does the job
I used this on my 2016 Silverado 2500 as part of my transmission fluid change. It had an OEM stamp and the manufacture date was recent to my purchase. It fit as it should and I have had no issues. I would rather buy OEM and pay a little more to know it's right.

Perfect fit in a 6L80E
Installed this as part of a trans fluid + filter change on a 6L80E transmission (GMT900 platform truck). Came packaged in a proper ACDelco box, appeared to be the real deal. Even included a new metal collar that goes up inside the valve body; however, I decided to not mess with my existing one and left it in there. This filter just comes right out if you pull it straight down.
