Firstly I love these jeans in every way they are comfortable and fit like a dream. However I totally get why they have so many mixed reviews.If you are looking for a traditional heavy weight rugged 501 then these are defiantly not for you! These are lightweight fairly thin denim that stretch a little to your fit but it makes them incredibly comfortable and they fit just perfectly whether you are walking sitting down or what ever activity you are doing. They probably won't last as long as traditional 501's but I bet you get a few years out of them. Note they are a little darker than the picture.
