The description made the sizing seem confusing. Men’s/women’s/kids. My daughter is a women’s size 7 and I ordered a 5.5 and they fit perfectly. Light weight. Easy to install spikes. Already crushed all her PR’s in one day changing from runners to these spikes. Decent quality. Delivered quickly.
