Great little machine, had it for just over 1 week and have been using it for around 30 minutes a day. I’m noticing inch loss around belly area, so I’m very happy with this.

After surviving a diagnosis which was life threatening, I feel that I have been given a second chance at life. Due to that, I have changed my diet & lifestyle completely, not only does it help my outlook, but I also feel good for it too. I attend a gym 3 times a week and I am focusing on my core strength. I wish time would allow me to visit the gym more often but due to responsibilities, it is not possible. As an alternative, I have purchased exercise machines to use at home. I enjoy using the vibration plate at the gym. The vibration plate was packaged securely and after unpacking, it was straight forward to set up. Since I started using vibration plates I have become much more toned. It really does give muscles a high speed workout. I much prefer using this at home because I am able to watch tv while I am using it. Much more relaxing.
