Incredible monitor. Within the settings for HDR you can choose Gaming HDR and Cinema HDR, there is a clear difference after a little google search. Only use Gaming HDR if you play CS2 or Valorant. Anything else use Cinema HDR. My choice to choose 1440p in 2026 is simply because 4K is too high for todays hardware to run PERFECTLY, specially at high fps, anybody who claims any different obviously does not play Stellaris nor Diablo 4. When there is a lot going on, in the screen radius with all mobs and effects, you can guarantee huge stutters and struggles. 1440p is perfect middle ground for quality and performance. maybe nvidia can do something special with the 60series gpus but we'll have to wait.

Nice monitor with excellent clarity of images

i got this on amazon day for a discount but regardless of the discount i would of probably picked this model. the picture quality is great for the cost even though the color depth is 8bps, cant say much about the fps as i dont play competitive games like rainbow or fortnite but from testing it i dont believe it has a ghosting problem, the brightness is ok but if your desk is next to a window like mine maybe look into a screen bar. I can confirm the sound is rather bad, a £5 speaker would be better but its more of a perk then anything as most people have speakers or use headphones. If your from the uk your gonna need to buy a seprate cable as it only comes with a usa and a eu cable, its a cloverleaf one or something, they are usually for laptop chargers and cost about £7. Last thing to mention is the one single dead pixel, its one green one and its near the bottom of my screen, its not noticeable even if your looking for it unless you have your whole screen is white or green, i wouldn't worry about mine having one as its common thanks to being a lcd screen. defiantly a 4-4.5 star monitor

Really good purchase

Ordered this monitor During Prime week, Arrived Quickly but Without a UK Power Lead (I am purchasing in the UK and should not be required to buy an additional replacement Lead or an Adapter so that i would be able to use this, Attempted to contact ASUS about this and was told they do not have parts and wouldnt be able to provide the missing lead, Attempted a Return / Replacement Due to this to see if maybe it was just a problem with the one i recieved, Well Low and Behold the Second one just arrived, on 19/05/25 and Same issue, only a European Mains Power Plug i have attempted calling asus Customer support 6-times at this point with no answer. DO NOT BUY

My boyfriend uses this for gaming. Please note it doesn't have a UK plug so we had to buy an adapter which we didn't realise.

Monitor is fantastic, 1440p display panel is crisp and nice colours, the 170hz is great and feels very responsive. Was bought from amazon wharehouse as 'used - like new' and arrived with a dead pixel, not happy about that at all but the rest of the monitor is fine. Not enough for me to send back but would like some explanation / compensation as it was falsely advertised. Still a great monitor.

Decent monitor, HDR and 1440p. My only complaint is that the speakers are real weak. I've it on 100 and I can barely hear it. I'm sitting 2 feet away... almost like why bother because now I need to buy speakers...

Heel erg fijn scherm, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en rustig voor de ogen. Mijn GPU komt nu ook mooi tot zijn recht.

Top Bildqualität, 170 Hz laufen butterweich und mit WQHD sehen Games richtig stark aus. FreeSync funktioniert tadellos, und auch fürs Arbeiten ist der Monitor super. Ich bin voll zufrieden und würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.
