Very efficient tool!
I ordered this ear wax removal kit for my husband who has always struggled with excessive amounts of ear wax buildup in his ears resulting in terrible ear aches and doctor visits. I was really impressed with how easy it is to use. With moving the tip around in different angles we were able to flush quite a bit of wax out relieving a lot of pressure. We did add a small amount of hydrogen peroxide however, I think it will be just as affective without it so we may omitt it next time. I believe using this product on a regular basis as a maintenance tool will be very beneficial as well. Overall I think it's a great product.

Works AMAZINGLY!
IT WORKS! I use earbuds a lot and because of that I tend to have a lot of wax building up. One day after taking my earbuds out I could not hear almost anything out of my left ear. After trying everything I could think of I managed to be able to hear again but it was suuuper muffled. I didn’t have time to go to a doctor so seeing all the reviews of this swayed me into getting it. It literally provided INSTANT relief. Filled it up with warm water and pumped it into my ear for maybe 25-30 seconds, then once I tipped my head over literally all that gunk came flowing out. It’s PERFECT! Doesn’t feel too weird and it’s nice and small so you can put it anywhere. I would’ve gotten one of these ages ago if I’d have known how great they function! Super happy!

Does the Job
This ear cleaner does the job and gets the basics right. It’s easy to use and effective for a quick clean. That said, I wish I had invested in a more expensive model for better build quality and extra features. It’s fine for occasional use, but I’d go for a higher-end option if you plan to use it regularly.

Better than the doctor
This ear cleaning kit works great and betyer than cotton swabs. The manual irrigation system is easy to use, gentle, yet powerful enough to remove built-up wax. It includes everything you need for a clean and simple process. My husband found out he had ear wax build up at the doctor and they wanted to charge $200 to clean it. This product is cost efficient, and now we can clean our own ears when needed without dr appointments. Ear drops were not working and causing discomfort.

Might have permanently destroyed my hearing
At least that’s what the ENT I had to see after using this product thinks. I wasn’t overzealous about how I used it. I followed the instructions to a t. I used one part hydrogen peroxide and four parts water. My left ear was fine. It got some wax out but not much. My right ear, on the other hand? It started off fine. It was getting quite a bit of wax out which was great. But then, the last time I used it, I felt this searing, horrible pain that stretched from inside my ear into my jaw. It was so bad, I was screaming and crying. I immediately stopped using the product and waited until the pain had passed before realizing that I could barely hear anything out of that ear. It felt so full and there was so much pressure. I waited a few days to see if it subsided but it didn’t so I made an appointment with an ENT. The ENT looked into my ear and noticed a small hole in my ear drum. Whether it came from using this or not is tough to say but he wasn’t sure if I would ever regain my full hearing in that ear (which really sucks because I’m already deaf in my left ear). He said he wished people wouldn’t use products like this if they’re not trained in removing ear wax. It’s so easy to puncture your ear drum. Now I have to be aware of anything else unusual that might happen in my ear as a hole in my ear drum is an easy way for bacteria and other stuff to get in and cause an inner ear infection. He prescribed me antibiotics just to be on the safe side. And I have to go back in a few weeks to see how the hole is progressing in its healing. If it’s not, I might have to have surgery to fix it. All in all, I would not recommend this to anyone. Not even my own worst enemy.

Works but not necessarily effective
Fair design but did not do a good job irrigating ear wax out, even with the aid of ear wax softeners.

Don't pass this up for a more expensive product.
I took a chance seeing higher priced items and truly the hose does tend to be a bit flimsy but if held correctly is just fine otherwise. I didn't chance just working with warm water only, so i ordered a complement of hydrogen peroxide, as I didn't have any and the combination did the trick. I rubbed my left ear extensively and apparently that was a final straw to incurring additional fluid build up to an already questionable ear canal. This resulted in my having a totally plugged up left ear which I could not hear out of, much like inserting really good ear plugs. I put up with this condition for at least a week, attempting to resolve it with guafinesen tablets and more, to no avail. Finally, I reasoned to pick up something for flushing out the ear itself, on Amazon. The process was not instantaneous and despite their guidance in the instructions I just stood in the shower and didn't worry about water flushing out everywhere. They provide a cup for catching water while the 'patient' is sitting down with a towel over the shoulder but this would not have been practical in my case, besides. To set it up, you can take the cup which has oz measurements on it, and fill the bottom portion up to about a 1/2 way distance to the first mark with typical 3% hydrogen peroxide. Pour this measured amount into the provided green bottle. With warm to hot tap water, finish filling up the bottle. If you have a really bad case like I did, you'll end up cycling through about three bottles worth of liquid just for the one ear. The kit comes with attachments that are inserted into the ear drum. If its really blocked up, spray where the water is able to come out of the tip and wait a moment for the peroxide to create a sizzling sound as it interacts with the ear wax. Then flush it some more and progressively insert deeper into the ear until you can get truly get down inside, all the while being careful. Eventually, it will all loosen up and come out. To note - I've been living with a small lodged bit of ear wax or such deep inside my ear canal for years, due to a workplace virus that went around. This left me unable to place my head below the surface of water i.e., in a swimming pool without triggering significant pain from the sudden pressure change. Also living at high elevation, any time I traveled higher, my ear would start throbbing on the way back down. However, after treating the most recent issue, even the former issue miraculously resolved as well. I think the key takeaway is the peroxide combination, more than just the act of flushing water into the ear canal. To resolve the left ear, and also address the right one while there, I may have spent around 30 minutes in all, and then followed up with a shower to clean up.
