I was after something that would not only look like a deterrent but also do the job it was made for and I believe I finally found the perfect one. Also I needed it to be very easy to put on and take off as I cannot get on my knees because I have a prosthetic knee. But this was the answer extremely easy to put on and take off without having to get on your knees. It’s extremely robust and very heavy. If it was light it would be next to useless. A thief would have a hard time getting this monster off. Just to note you have to have a wheel locking nut on your car otherwise they could just take your wheel off. the wheel clamp still wouldn’t come off the wheel. 😂 but they cannot take your car with only three wheels on it. It’s well worth the money and I would advise anyone to buy one of these.

Got this for my new t6 campervan, It's very strong as well as being a good visual deterant, and it's easy to fit and remove, I'm very pleased with it and would recommend to anyone, different ones fit different wheel widths just make sure you get the right one.

Worth noting that you should consider the wheel type when getting these. This was ordered to be used on of Fiat motorhome. Standard wheels not alloys. With the wheels pointing straight ahead it was a bit fiddly to get this on. If you turn the wheels so there is a bit of an angle it is far easier to fit this. I also found that while the inner part fits very well the outer part fitted less well with our wheel trims (standard FIAT ones as far as I know). It fits far better with the trim taken off - it goes on tighter. Worth noting too that the instructions say these are intended for use with locking wheel nuts. I guess the point is that you could just take the wheel off if you were trying to nick a van with this on. Personally I'm looking wt this as a deterrent rather than anything else with the thought that anyone looking at stealing it will move on if they see this. Certainly very solid. 4.5/5

Firstly I have to say the seller Saunderson Security were a fantastic help resolving my user error. I've never had a wheel clamp but I wanted the best to help secure my campervan so I bought this. I thought this didn't fit my 16inch alloys, I contacted SS to make sure I'd purchased the right clamp, I gave the tyre size etc and was advised, yes it should fit, to try again and send a photo if I'm not successful. Armed with renewed confidence I had another go, I read the instructions, I'd read them previously, what I didn't realise is you have to choose the correct wheel to attach the clamp to (apologies to all those who think duh!) I'd tried to attach to the passenger side rear wheel which in effect my part A and B were the wrong way round, in simple terms the pointy bit fits into the hole in the alloy wheel and the round bit fits in the inside of the wheel ...... If I'd taken my own advice and looked at the photo in this listing I would have been successful. I was a complete dullard and honestly without the help of SS I might have sent this back. The clamp is very sturdy, it is one of the best on the market, it provides a visual deterent and I would thoroughly recommend it, I'm glad I've got it and I'm pleased I now know how to attach it correctly.

Seems VERY solid - wife wouls struggle to apply and take off due to weight. We keep the lock lubed otherwise the push in lock button won't come out. Otherwise - very pleased

Got this for my new twin wheel caravan. You can't tell from the image but it's heavy and sturdy. The bonus is that it takes, literally, a couple of minutes to fit. Would highly recommend

It's very heavy but it is easy to fit. How effective...It's visible. Not asked a theif to test though...!!

This is a fantastic product. Best used on 19 inch wheels. I originally ordered the smaller size assuming it would fit. There’s not much difference in price. I would recommend putting the lock on the driver’s side so you don’t forget it’s on the car and accidentally drive off. Criminals would take some serious effort to cut through this. It’s a brilliant deterrent and simple to lock and unlock. It should take less than 10 seconds to put into place and lock depending on the vehicle the product is used on. Not recommended to wear your best white shirt when fitting to rear wheel. Other than that, it’s worth every penny.

I am using it for my trailer. Solid, theft deterrent, key works A1.
