Excellent product and price. Works immediately and lasts at least several months. A great value for the money, Nasonex does exactly what it says it will do. Relieves post-nasal drip, lasts twelve hours. It took me a bit to figure how this unique product works, but Nasonex provides an informative short video.

Having hypersensitivity , decades after rhynoplasty emergent surgery to reduce sinuses and tissue, its VERY hard to find a sprat that helps dryness of nasal sinuses and block dust, pollens and other allergens including non courteous smokers.. other spray make the passages actually close up . Was skeptical Nasonex would be different but used Copilot to compare on many panels of my issues and reactions to other sprays.. Nasonex wins. No bleeding, no collapsing or intracranial sinus inflammation, helps keep my sinuses moistened , no drowsiness or other issues. Worth every dollar!

OK so I've had allergies for over 20 years. Honestly I loved the smell of flowers in the older sprays, and now it's gone. There's no scent anymore. But, I recently tried to save some money by buying Health A2Z and another time, Kirkland. Both of them were meh. The difference is the spray nozzle. They may have the same ingredients, but the spray is big droplets and watery. Name brand Nasonex and that other one have soft very nebulized spray. This matters because noses have hairs and if the spray isn't "micro" enough it just sticks to your nose hairs, tickles, and makes you blow your nose. Obviously that gets rid of most of it. So this is the best value,, not the cheaper ones.

Nasonex is a great product and helps a lot, but I do not feel like it worked 24 hours. It seemed to fall quite short and it is advised against not using it properly since it is a steriod.

My two year old had a runny nose, red watery eyes, and a cough from the mucus in her throat for a day or two. When I purchased this product along with other products, I could tell the difference immediately the following day. It helped tremendously with her runny nose and cough to the point that she has felt completely better in just a few days. Its size is small but you only spray once a day for a two year old. My daughter has made it easy to use on her but I can’t say it’ll be easy for all parents to use on their children. They have to stay still while you install it in both nostrils one at a time and even then your child may or may not like the spray going up their nose. Other than that I believe it’s an item worth purchasing.
