The freeze-dried bag was scratched, and unfortunately, I can’t feed my pet from an opened food pack. really disappointed…

This cat food is truly exceptional when I opened the bag, the smell is phenomenal!!! I haven't smelled good cat food for my babies in a long time. I used to buy them "Because It's Better" cat food but somehow I'm not seeing it on the market anymore, which is truly sad and that food was better in the pricing than this one. I want to buy food for them that they love and enjoy. We as humans buy food that we love, regardless of the price...it's only fair We treat "Our Animals" the same. My Cats TRULY LOVE IT!!! I just wished it came in a bigger bag, and the price was a little more reasonable. The size of the kibble is large but reasonable for cats consumption, the color and texture is nicely done to perfection, the best quality food for your cats in my book. My cats do not have any problems with any digestion/stomach issues whatsoever. I believe this cat food is quite healthier than the other ones on the market. Just hoping in the near future maybe they could create a bigger bag and bring the price down on the food. To create and build customers over time within reasonable pricing that would draw clientele in for their revenue. (Just a Suggestion), Nobody speaks about the smell of the cat food and that is the most important part to the consumer to know if it's of good quality. The Smell is EVERYTHING!!! JS (JUST SAYING)

My ferrets love them. A superior food for them over that Marshall junk. I have elderly ferrets, and these are nice and soft for their teeth. I know this is for cats, but if there are any ferret heads out there, trust me. ThiS is the best for them. My oldest ferret is 10-yrs and she is super healthy, you’d never guess she’s an old lady in ferret years.

Glad I discovered this. Nice texture, not too hard nor too crumbly and not overly dry. They are easy to flake with your fingers to crumble on the top of their canned portion. They are much less likely to turn their noses up and walk away with it on top. Two of my seven are not crazy about eating them as a snack but the others are absolutely frantic for them. If I have chicken/beef broth I'll put some in a bowl with them and they love that too. There is little to no smell and this time I bought the larger 25oz bag as it is better price per oz and I plan on always using these. They would also be very easy to travel with although we don't. :^)

ZERO STARS! I’ve purchased Instinct Freeze Dried Raw Cat Food before and it’s always been soft enough to break apart easily. This bag? Apparently freeze-dried on the surface of the sun. The pieces are so rock hard I had to use force to snap them in half. I’m feeding a cat, not chiseling granite. My cat took one sniff, attempted a bite, and looked at me like I had personally betrayed him. There have been zero issues in the past, which makes this even more frustrating. Something is clearly off with this batch. To add insult to injury, Amazon wouldn’t refund or replace it — so now I’m the proud owner of an expensive bag of feline gravel. Quality control matters. Cats have standards. So do I.
