No use at all
What a dreadful and useless piece of equipment. When no grip is applied the Kg value varies anywhere from 0Kg to 30Kg. The figures shown are so variable and spurious it is utterly impossible to get any kind of useful reading from it. Perhaps this is a fault product, but either way it's being returned.

Good piece of kit
Bought this item for my personal training business, its as good as they come in terms of functionality and functions. Clear digital readout, its got save settings to compare how you are doing each time you use the kit and also a press and use option. Around the same price as most other dynamometers unless you buy second hand. All in, a worthwhile buy!

Good grip assessment at a sensible price.
Worked out of the box after putting in two 1.5V cells. Very happy with range of settings (20 different users) male/female designators and instructions.
