Very good quality, and the green colour looks fantastic. Be aware that it's vintage *looking* leather, rather than actually old - I thought this was pretty obvious from the description, but some other reviews seem to have been disappointed on this front. The recipient of this gift picked it out on Amazon after a fairly cursory search, and she absolutely loves it, but she was surprised by how big it is. It's the sort of size you could use as an overnight bag quite comfortably. Definitely not a small elegant bag for an evening out. Again, I thought this was clear from the description (which contains the dimensions!) but there you go. Overall, an excellent, well-made, faux-vintage, quite large bag with good padding for a laptop and well thought-out pockets for phone, wallet etc. The colour and style has won lots of compliments from her friends.

This is a truly beautiful bag and I thoroughly recommend it. Great quality. It is larger than most bags but that’s why I bought it, holds my 15” laptop and several files plus all usual bits and bobs but mostly I love the colour and style. Silver dangly cat is a lovely touch and it all came well wrapped with the bag in its own protective bag. Love it.

Nice bag, doesn't hold as much as I hoped. The bag is generous enough but once full if the flap isn't able to extend to the catch the bag can't be closed. It is rather large and has nice compartments keeping everything tidy. However capacity, I have no more than I had with my other bag. The ornament keyring is a waste of time mine doesn't open so can't even be put on the bag..so fit for nothing. Can't help thinking I could have made a better choice.

I bought this for my wife. She is starting an MBA and needed a large enough bag to carry a laptop + everything that she normally carries in a purse. With this bag she can carry everything she needs and more. The laptop compartment is padded and does a good job protecting the laptop. The width as specified on Amazon refers to the base/top of the bag. Since the sides will probably expand when the bag is full, it will become wider. I compared it to my Dell laptop bag which has the same specified width. Since my Dell bag doesn't expand on the sides, this one gets significantly bigger which may or may not be a good thing, depending on your needs. The overall build and quality is good. My wife is very happy with her bag, so that is what matters. It came in from Amazon in a HUGE oversized box which protected it well.

Bad quality leather . I returned the item

This was a Christmas present off my parents. I'm in uni & I have quite a big laptop. This fits the laptop with plenty of room and cushion in the centre pocket. As well as that I can fit folders & text books in rather easily. Due to the size of the bag, the weight is distributed evenly meaning with all this in, the bag isn't too heavy. It's looks attractive, and the leather is soft but durable! If you have a lot to carry, this is worth every penny! *** *** I have now had this 4 years, it is still in great condition, and going strong. The leather hadn’t worn out, the straps are still in tact & it’s been used almost every day, often with books & uni work & a laptop in. It’s been fab! Well worth the price.

This is a lovely bag but I purchased it used from amazon warehouse advertised as being in very good condition. It arrived with a broken front clasp, a broken shoulder strap and the stitching was coming undone on the hand straps. It was in my view fir for the bin and certainly not in very good condition. The return process has been far from easy and amazon expected me to be inconvenienced and have my time wasted due to their misdescrition of the bag! They also wanted me to pay to return it and then claim it back and to wait for a refund until it was returned. After extensive discussions this is now resolved but I now don't trust amazon warehouse descriptions and won't buy again. This mistrust is made worse by the fact that you can't see buyer reviews - they currently show as 90% satisfactory but you can't see user comments. Now for the review of the bag! It's a lovely size to carry a laptop plus cable plus purse plus note book so it serves a dual purpose as a laptop bag and handbag which is exactly what I was looking for. The leather is very soft and the brown colour is lovely. It does have a bit of a shine and the leather is perhaps a little thin. I worry that it won't last but I think that despite these reservations, I will buy another but this time new and not used. I don't plan to use it every day and as an occasional work bag I think this is ideal.

Love this bag. I am now the proud owner of one in red and one in Black. I need a lot of room in a work bag, it needs to contain enough room for my laptop, files, folders, diary, phones, mouse, leads, purse, coffee flask plus all the other 100 bits us women have to carry around. This bag is sturdy and strong and is not a fake leather - it looks better once its aged a little. I will be getting more colours

Estoy muy contenta con el bolso. Es elegante, grande como me gusta, cabe muchísimas cosas, tiene muchos departamentos para tenerlo todo ordenado. El bolso es de cuero de verdad, se huele, me gusta ese olor que tiene a piel. Para mi es muy práctico, fácil de llevar. La verdad es que le echan piropos al bolso cada vez que lo llevo. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Hace poco que me llegó y de lo que lo he utilizado, mi experiencia hasta ahora es buena.

bad quality, bag does not stay closed, leather feels like plastic. Lining is cheap and bunched up. Dissapointed :(
