Effective - taste is definitely a thick agave flavor but nothing too terrible. Much better than the artificially sweet flavor of other brands. I am slowly clearing out our old medicines and replacing them with Genexa, from our baby to our adult products. They are just as effective but the ingredients are so much better. I love that they are transparent. The products are pricey but I think it is worth it.

The color is a deep honey color, the taste is a bit strong like a honey with a spicy kick, but very manageable. Helps lower discomfort and and lower breathing pain such as nasal pressure, chest congestion, and that overall yucky mucusy feeling. Good value for how many portions are in there. Good quality product overall.

I searched high and low for something to give my adult son who has many allergies. Almost all other medications I checked were full of allergens. This one was clean for me to give him and had natural ingredients and no fake dyes. It worked well and he was actually willing to take it, which means that the taste was pleasing.

I was down to the last couple of doses from the previous bottle of this product, so I ordered a new one. Was very disappointed in how this new one tastes! It's awful! Also is a different color than the bottle I had before. The only difference I could find in the listed ingredients was the previous bottle said "natural citrus extract" and this bottle says "natural flavors." I don't know what they changed but I will not be purchasing this again. For the amount of Robotussin I take, and since I only need it for a few weeks when I get a cold, I'll put up with the artificial ingredients and the sucralose in it. I'm sure I ingest lots of artificial stuff in all the other foods I eat. Sorry, Genexa, you lost a customer.
