Durable and fun
This is a great rebounder! It is very well made and quiet. My husband and I assembled the rebounder. There were points where we probably looked like we were in a Zumba class figuring out the assembly, but that was because we assembled and then disassembled. The rebounder came with written instructions and a video. The key is to read the directions AND watch the video. This rebounder is made with bungee cords and it is important where you align the point where the cord is fused together. The nice thing is that it is quiet because it doesn’t use springs. It is a very strong rebounder. It is possible to fold it up. You have to remove the handle bar to fold it, but this is easily done. The color is pleasant and resembles the picture. My energy level has increased with use.

BCAN rebounder, very quiet, easy on the joints, and lots of fun
The BCAN rebounder arrived on time, no damage to item or packaging.I absolutely love it! It will hold up to 450 lbs. It's easy to put together as it is shipped almost all assembled. Of the 32 bungies on it I only had to attach 11. A couple of small tools come with it, (very easy peasy) No missing parts. It comes folded up and an elder person (I'm in my 70's and I was able to open it myself with a bit of effort) or someone with some physical disability may or may not need a second person to help them open it. BUT DO BE CAREFUL! The rebounder comes folded up and there are some heavy duty springs on the hinges so it can snap back and hit you in the face. (No I didn't get hit but you need a bit of muscle to open it correctly) Make sure when you open it that you open it all the way so that it locks open before you let go of either side. I knelt on one side using a folded towel as a knee pad and lifted and then pushed the other side all the way down onto the floor. Then I carefully and slowly let go. Just be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK as it recommends checking the legs for tightness every so often. A safety railing can be ordered with the rebounder (I bought one) and I would recommend it to anyone who might have some balance challenges. In fact I wonder one could order two of them, one for back and one for front. I didn't find two necessary though. The bungies are better than the spring ones as the springs are noisy. I use my rebounder sometimes at 5 in the morning and it never wakes anyone up. Super quiet. For some stepping up on it might be a bit of a challenge for someone with some mobility issues so I recommend getting one of those aerobic stair steps that were popular a few years back. That in addition to the safety railing would really make it very easy for someone to get on and off safely. The rebounder is very easy on the joints provided you flex your knees slightly and don't lock them up. In addition to the rebounder I have a bike trainer, dumbells, an ab machine, and a heavybag all which I use regularly but if I was forced to chose just one I'd take the rebounder. It's just so much fun! A 10 minute workout on a rebounder is equal to a 30 minute walk. Rain or shine, too hot, too cold, snow, slush, windy, whatever doesn't matter, I just hop on and take it for a bounce. Sneakers, barefoot either way. Sometimes I just get on in my PJs before a shower, no getting dressed in workout clothes for the trip to the gym. I work quite a bit at my desk so I set my phone timer and every 35 minutes I get up and get on the rebounder for 2 minutes. The health bounce is bouncing while neither one of yur feet actually leave the surface to with the rail it's very stable. I think every office should have one next to every work station. When I started my legs were really tired after only one minute in spite of my regular use of the bike trainer. Now I do 10-20 minutes no problem. I also use it withe leg weights and now that I'm use to it I use wrist weights and swing my arms. It's also a great mood booster. My daughter was a little alarmed when I said I was going to get one and she advised me against it fearing that I would fall (sigh, seems like you acrue a few years and they have a rocking chair waiting for you lol) I bought it anyway. Love it. It's also well made and good quality. The weight limit is 450 pounds. I know this is long but for me it was an excellent investment and it's not that expensive as quality rebounders go.

Setting up the 40" tramp
I am excited for this trampoline! Two tips from my experience when setting it up: 1. Try screwing in all the legs first to make sure they thread well. Mine has one little post that seems to be smaller in diameter so none of the legs would screw on and hold. (See video) 2. When latching the bungees in place, I worked in a circle around the perimeter. So when I got to the second half it was really tight because everything was already pulled to the first half. So I would suggest doing two at a time on each quadrant so you are keeping the "pulling" balanced across the diameter so it is not hard for you to set up as you get closer to done. I happen to have a problem with one of these legs not being able to grab the post that it belonged on and I'm going to try to fix the grip with some plumbers tape and I will provide an update here or let you know if I've had to take the next step by returning it or working through customer service. * Update * So the plumbers tape helped a little: but didn't fix the leg so it was still too loose to safely use. Returned the first trampoline and re-ordered another one. I love it! Tested the legs first and when I saw that they all twisted tightly on the posts I followed the instructions to assemble everything with the triangle tool that they included. When a bungee needed to be readjusted or moved they also include a hook tool to make it easy to pry it off of the bracket. I followed a YouTube tramp workout and felt the difference on day two! Bought this for improving cellular health, osteoporosis, muscle tone, oxygen intake, weight loss, and general fitness. I love this rebounder! * Update * - it has been six weeks and I still LOVE this rebounder. Fun way to exercise & easy to fit into a busy schedule. The quality of this tramp is fantastic! I was trying to decide between 48" or 40" and ordered both, but I returned the larger one and opted for the 40" tramp with the stabilizing bar. It is a great size...allows for full workouts on it without taking up a ton of space. Highly recommend it! * Update * - it has been 10 months and I still love this rebounder. Several friends now own one, too. They say 10 minutes bouncing is equal to 30 minutes running... sounds good to me! It is easy to scale up or down and do less or more. You Tube has several rebounding workouts for every level and intensity. Happy bouncing!

BCAN 450/550 Foldable Mini Trampoline 48" arrived quickly and with no damage. The package was well packed with styrofoam protection and all parts secure in plastic bags. Nothing missing...I received 2 extra bungie cords. After reading documentation I found setup to be quite easy. Everything went together as it should with only a small issue with one of the handrail leg screws being a bit tight going into the frame threading. This is my first rebounder so I can't compare it to others but it seems firm yet offers enough bounce for me (200lbs). Some suggestions: 1. Take some (or more) of the pre-installed bungies off in order to make unfolding much easier. 2. Install the hinge pins on top of the frame instead of the bottom as indicated in the manual (see images) in order to reduce possible chafing/abrasion against bungee cord. 3. After hinge pins are inserted, set the trampoline on a raised surface (a bed) to make installing the bungees easier. 4. Pay attention to the placement of the rubber covered metal bungee clamps, they should be placed (poorly shown in the manual) in a position between the mat and the frame (see images), not in the metal bracket attached to the mat (as I have seen other purchasers do, which may have caused premature failure). 5. Because there are a lot of bungies (40 on the 48") there will be a few that will rub against parts of the frame hardware and may cause some amount of chafing/abrasion with usage. (Personally, I'd prefer a non-folding version of this trampoline that did not have the folding hinges which I believe might contribute to chafing/wear.) Try to place all bungies so as to cause as little abrasion as possible (no twists or overlaps). I am satisfied with this purchase so far. I only plan to use it for light bouncing 7 days a week for 10-15 minutes. I have to be realistic about how long before a component will break. 100 bounces/minute x 10 minutes/day x 7 days = 7000 bounces/week. The BCAN website itself advertises an elasticity test of 30000+ for the bungies and their manual does mention the need for inspecting and replacing components caused by normal wear. Warranty on bungies and mat are 6 months...everything else is 1 year. That said, it appears to be a solid product for the price and hope to get good use out of it while keeping in mind that I may have to replace something eventually.

Came pretty quickly, considering the rural area I am in. I was able to assemble it my self. I’m pretty tall and weigh a fair bit so it was able to deal with my weight as the metal framing is very sturdy and strong and doesn’t buckle. The mat is strong enough and makes it quite bouncy but not too hard of a bounce. It was great that I had all the tools available plus a few extra bungees in case there’s any breakages in the future. I scared the QR code and watch the video which made it very easy for me to put together and follow. Would recommend a study surface because when I’m using it, the wooden floors move a little in this old house and the TV starts to rock a little on the TV cabinet. Overall, everything I expected and more.

Love it , super easy to put together , all the tools provided. Bungee bands way better than metal springs , gentle on the joints . The hand support bar is adjustable to really good height options for someone who is tall . Highly recommend . Just be aware if buying off AU Amazon it took 3 months to be delivered .

A very sturdy small trampoline ... it took me about 15 minutes to set up by myself. I have been jumping on it this week and it has not hurt my knees at all. It is a lot of fun to use

First of all we have been so impressed with the quality of our BCSN Rebounder! After ten months of daily use, often an hour a day, one bungee broke. The company responded so quickly to our inquiries with a link on Amazon US. When I told them it wouldn’t send to Canada they asked for our address and are sending replacement bungees directly! That is amazing service!! Thank you Alice, you ROCK!
