I’ve been using SPORTTAPE Zinc Oxide Tape for rugby, and it’s been a solid go‑to for support and protection. Brilliant. My feet are small for an adult. My toes too. I am a size UK 2&1/2 shoe. I used this to budy strap my big toe to my second one. To strap the area below my toes. I made sure it was not super tight. I had an injury and sprained my toe, foot. Someone accidently stood on it and did not realize for a few seconds. This stuff was amazing. It was comfy. Stretchy when put it on and each night easy to remove. I am a qualified first aider, I renew it when it is running out after 2 years so I knew how to use this tape properly. It is great value for what you get. It sticks well unlike a few other brands that seem to detatch from my foot soon after application. This stuff is soft. It is a must for a first aid kit. It will help for buddy strapping toes if one sprained or broken .

Good product. Used over long periods of time when walking. Good protection.

Used this as strapping for ankle injury. Strong with a little flex giving good support. Works especially well over the top of Kinesiology tape. Be careful when removing. Better when wet and take of slowly. Can nick the skin if yanked and dry!

If you only need a small amount of strong tape for minor uses, this is probably fine. I do find it annoying, though. it easily sticks to itself because the tape material is not very thick and requires careful handling. It's hard to apply to the back because of this. I do note that it has irritated my skin because of the tape being inclined to pull at its edges rather than at its centre. If the tape is not looped to attach to itself, it does not like to remain stuck to the body and I've had issues with it detaching itself and with the edges of the tape very easily catching and peeling. I wouldn't really recommend this product except for its basic strength and convenience for small and simple jobs. I think you'd be better served by buying cheaper tape for mostly the same effects, or by buying more expensive tape to avoid some of its problems.

Quality product. Very high quality will buy this again when needed.

Used for fingers when rowing as hands were tearing up and blistering pretty badly due to mileage. Tears easily and is flexible when on and most importantly is easy to remove in shower once wet! Recommend for that purpose all day long.

Muy resistentes. Se pegan muy bien a la piel y me han salvado de grandes ampollas y rozaduras. Aun con la humedad y mojados, mis talones han salido intactos de largas caminatas (12 horas-16 horas de caminata sin desprenderse). Además, andando durante cinco días prácticamente sin parar, con dos cambios diarios cubriendo todas las zonas susceptibles de rozadoras de los pies y poniendo doble refuerzo de cinta, no he llegado ni a acabar el primer rollo. También se lo dejé a una compañera y los ha comprado para la próxima ruta. Estamos encantadas. Los volveríamos a comprar
