Love it! Works great for plugging things into my Mac easier. The color matches perfectly which was I big concern of mine. It has 3 old style usb ports, one usbc port, and two different size sd card readers. My Mac fits perfectly into the stand and it looks like the same type of metal used on the Mac so it almost looks like it’s all one piece. Connected super easily to my Mac, and I’ve had no issues with compatibility or power supply. I held off from buying it because it was a bit expensive, but is totally worth the money. It uses one cord that plugs into the back of the Mac so you can’t even see it once it’s set up. Overall this thing is great quality and looks great, 10/10 would recommend.

Aesthetically the hub is beautifully matching iMac 24 and appreciated overall in every review. However, few buyers were troubled with some issues and unfortunately I was among them. I spent a few days struggling with occasional storage ejects and file system corruption which have to be resolved either with Mac Disk Utility First Aid or in Windows Tool Scan for Errors. Intermittent failures are always very hard to determine. Even firmware upgrades didn't help (search the Internet for "Steps to Upgrade Firmware for iMac/Mac Mini Dockavailable"). Then I asked the seller for help and after explaining all my struggles, a prompt replacement was sent. The replaced unit is working reliably. I checked the firmware, The Realtek RTL9210B-CG is already upgraded to newer version v1.32.87. I understand that any product might be in rare instances defective, but a good company should give customer help to remedy the problem. In my case I got prompt help and thus I am giving the review all five stars because now the hub is working to full satisfaction. It gives very convenient access to USB ports and also hides SSD (in my case Acer FA100-2TB). To secure the hub in place while transferring iMac I placed double sided industrial tape on two spots somewhere in the middle, each about one square centimeter. In conclusion - it is an excellent complement to the new iMac 24 M4 and I recommend it.

Best iMac accessory there is. This is so unobtrusive, but so useful. You hardly know that it is there, but all of the additional ports is a lifesaver. No more dongles hanging from the back. This really cleans my space and makes using peripherals a lot easier. Perfectly fits to the 24 inch iMac base

I needed easier access to my USB ports & I also needed a solution for SSD storage. I’ve wanted this for a long time and finally made the purchase. 1. The color match is impeccable. 2. I purchased a 2TB SSD to go with this. SSD install was a tiny bit confusing due to conflicting tutorials/how-to info on this item but for anyone who needs to know, the silicone strip sticks to the outer side of the SSD and to the screw-on plate. The instructions were confusing because they have tutorial videos that show the silicone strip on the inner/flat side of the SSD as well as other tutorials showing it on the outer side of the SSD card but it should be on the outer side. Also, i needed pliers to slide the securing nut into the little gap, then remove the screw, line up your SSD and screw it back together. It’s incredibly tiny tho so sliding it into place with pliers may be helpful! 3. If you’re wanting this to add flash storage, it’s so worth it. The speeds are much better than my previous HDD, and has made a huge difference in my efficiency as a video editor. It handles my large photo library with practically no lag as well. This is truly a beautiful, quality product and if you’re looking for a minimalistic way to add a hub to your iMac, i would absolutely recommend. I’m so happy with this purchase!

This is a follow up review to the one I wrote on July 19th and gave the product one star because it did not function with my iMac, and which I returned to Amazon on July 20th the next day. After this, I did hear from Pulwtop support who apologized for their late response and offered to send a replacement to me, which was then shipped to me by Amazon. This unit worked fine when I tested it with flash drives and SD drives. It does not provide enough power to run my Apple SuperDrive CD/DVD player, which requires direct plug in to my iMac which is not a problem for me. One thing that I was not aware of before is that just to the left of the TF/SD slots is a blue power LED. This is shown on the box, but not defined as such. To summarize, this product is well made and fits perfectly with my iMac and I like that it raises my computer up and provides a solid footing, and helps keep my desktop less cluttered. The customer support has been excellent.

Absolute hunk of junk… I’ve never wrote a review before on Amazon and I’ve bought tons of items and been happy or disappointed in many. This piece of junk slowed down my brand new imac to the point I would click 1 button and it would load for 5 minutes everything I did. I thought it was my IMac for days and was planning on sending it back until I tried to unplug this junk of a product from my computer and after I did my computer is fast as lightning. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

great power supply, color compatibility to my iMac looks like it’s part of my computer system, hold the monitor on top, great usb ports and connectivity, overall this is a good essential to have with any iMac compatible monitor. priced appropriately.

Such a clever idea and it functioned like a dream. Use integrated PCIe slot to expand the storage of my new iMac to 2TB with a dirt cheap Samsung 990 evo plus Ta-da no drama at all. Highly highly recommend this product if you want a cheap storage expansion and port compatibility

Yes, it could do with a few more ports but the fact that it is the same colour as my computer, adds an extra 2TB of storage and does so elegantly, is a winner for me. I have had no problem with this unit what so ever and I highly recommend.
