Just purchased another one of these amazing caps- I place/keep stored in my freezer, so nice and icy cold to ease head pains due to sinuses, migraine, other headaches- I reluctantly take the cap off to place back in freezer then wait until frozen again had the 1st cap for years- I decided to purchase another for the worse days so I can continually wear one- I would not be without these wonderful healing gel caps- Not heavy to wear - comfortable, durable and a good price too.

I bought this head wrap to help soothe the pain from shingles on my scalp and it actually provided noticeable relief. The gel stays cold for a decent amount of time and allowed me to get to sleep . Its more comfortable than holding an ice pack by hand and its easy to reuse - just pop it back in the freezer. Would recommend for anyone needing targeted cold therapy for headaches, scalp pain or migraines.

So I bought this mask on the 15th August, after my eyes started getting very dry from my new contact lenses. The optician had prescribed me with some eye drops - they only seemed to work temporarily to provide some moisture in the eyes, but nothing as a "permanent fix". I had the need to use the eyedrops 3-4 times a day to keep my eyes moist while wearing lenses. So i started doing some research and I came across this mask - which was the only mask that did not require a microwave and could use hot water to warm up the pad (1st star). There may be more out there, but nothing I could find in my search.. I have been using the mask every night, in bed just before sleep. I keep it on for 10min and then follow with a small "massage" on the bottom eyelid to help breakdown and release any excess oil. After 10 days of consistent use of the mask, it's the first two days I did not feel the need to use eyedrops constantly, while wearing my contact lenses, apart from once yesterday (and I was in a very dusty construction site). The mask has worked for me and I will keep using it daily as it's such a soothing feeling before bedtime and has definitely helped my eyes. I have taken away 1 star for two reasons: 1. it took a few tries at the beginning to get the right temperature for the gel pad - it says leave in a cup of boiling water for 5min, but this is not quite accurate.. I wouldn't recommend a process as temperature can be quite a personal thing, but I normally put it in a tupperware with a lid to keep the heat, and then leave the gel pad in the mask for 2min before putting over my eyes. 2. the side of the mask that touches the eyes/face has a softer fabric than the front, however, I believe it could be a bit softer for extra comfort. All and all it's a great mask and the above is just being picky, but for the cost and the overall outcome, there is nothing to really complain about!

I suffer from sore, itchy,tired eyes. This product works. Pink pack is heated in hot water, blue pack in fridge or freezer. Hole in each and hook provided to hang up whilst warming or cooling. The band is adjustable but even it was a bit big so just sewed up a section. The mask is really comfy with either the gel packs in and the important bit is that they work.

After reading the amazing reviews I think I was expecting more. I kept it in the freezer for when I needed it. It was lovely and soothing I felt myself relax into it feeling some relief BUT CONS: 1. This is advertised as being a "drug-free migraine relief product." Which was attractive to me. I used this as soon as I felt a migraine come on but after an hour I had to take painkillers the pain was getting worse. 2. The material was thin and nowhere near thick enough to block out light and as I am very light sensitive during migraine attacks I had to use an eye mask too. 3. The ice packs was not easily manipulated to where I needed them. I had to hold them in place. Everyone is different and it's great other people have had good experiences with this product but I think it's best to be a bit wary. If it works for you fab! But if like me you read the great reviews and expect too much; you'll end up being disappointed

These are perfect for dry eyes. When I’m at home I use an eye mask that I heat in the microwave. When I go on holiday I don’t get a microwave in the room at resorts so I bought this and I just make sure the hotel knows that I want a kettle in the room. I take a small bowl with me because some hotels don’t want you to borrow their bowls then boil the water, submerge the gel mask for 5 minutes in the bowl and then use it in the cover on my eyes. It’s fantastic and it makes travelling with dry eyes easy and convenient

2 x sealed gel packs and mask included, appear to, be good quality, can be used hot or cold. I found using it hot really helps the blepharitis. Very soothing and comforting. The gel pack folds in half so it can fit into a cup of boiling water for heating it up (5 mins) and it has a handy hook for fishing out of the cup so you don't burn your fingers. Once heated, pat dry and slip into the pocket of the eye mask which has an elasticated strap to keep it in place on your head. Be sure to follow the enclosed guidelines for safe usage times. I haven't used it for cooling purposes.

Does the trick but have to remember to keep in fridge/freezer and disinfect

Es suave y me gusta que sea flexible así ko tengo que ajustar con ningún broche solo me lo coloco como un gorro y listo. Me ha ayudado cuando tengo migraña.

Pour mes migraines. Article de qualité. Je mets 10 mn le masque liquide au congélateur puis je l'introduis dans le masque en tissu qui permet d'être dans le noir. Agréable a porter et très bien conçu

I left this product on the couch for 10 minutes and wore it to bed and found purple stains all over that won’t come out!!!!!!! Horrible cheap and a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apenas lo recibí pero la verdad quede muy satisfecha. Me gusta que trae dos pares de antifaz de gel, por lo cual puedes usar uno en frio y el otro en caliente. Utilice uno de ellos como indica las instrucciones, calentado en agua y debo decir que fue una sensación muy cómoda en los ojos, lo deje por 10 minutos y al terminar realmente note el área de las ojeras menos hinchada. Lo único que si no me encanto, es el elástico del producto, siento que podría ser de mejor calidad, pues con el uso diario, siento que no durará mucho.
