This supplement has great health benefits as well as being a great value for the money. I definitely recommend buying this product.

All the right ingredients for healthy bones
This product was recommended to my sister from a doctor, and she recommended it to me. It has all the nutrients that everyone should be taking to keep their bones and nerves healthy. I am grateful these are capsules, as they do digest easily and thus get absorbed. The price is right for this product, compared to other sellers. The dosage is 3 capsules daily. I reviewed the product with my doctor, and she recommended I take 2 with one meal and 1 with another meal during the day. She said it is best to split up the dosage. These never repeat on me or get stuck in my throat. My young adult son is taking them also as his bones are still growing and need to be dense. He isn't a big milk drinker.

No smell
My internist recommended l start taking 6 months ago. Great price, no smell and go down throat easily

Capsules often break in bottle.
Often, there are broken capsules in the bottle and powder coating everything.

Bone scan improvement!
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago. When I shared this diagnosis with my chiropractor he referred me to Bone Maximizer III. I had my doubts, but after taking it for 1 1/2 years my second bone scan showed that my density had improved! I'm grateful for this product because I didn't want to take any of the prescription medications for osteoporosis.

Taking these to strengthen bones
The capsule are rather large but they are easy to swallow. I haven't had any upset stomach at all. I take one with every meal for a total of 3 capsules per day. I really hope they help strengthen my bones!!

I bought this because I injured my knee and have constant pain in the bone where the Femur and Tibia meet . Being asked for feedback when only part way through the first bottle seems premature to me . I have followed the advice of taking 3 capsules per day and so far have not noticed any difference whatsoever . I will continue using it and give it time to see if any positive result .
