The pool looks great but as others have said it was missing the ground sheet, also missing parts of the ladder.It was only after I had filled the pool overnight that I realised it had a hole in the bottom which as others have said does seem very thing.The pool is on a totally flat surface and I used two layers of carpet underlay to prevent any sharp stone or sticks making holes.Very frustrating as the pool will have cost me over £150 to fill and now I will have to fill another one. There was no form of compensation available as it’s sole by a third party

The pool is great. Easy to erect and seems very strong. My grandchildren have had a fantastic time playing in it. Like a couple of other reviewers, there was no groundsheet, but there was an empty box in with the pool and filter. When asked, the seller would not deal with the problem and said I had to contact Intex myself and provide them with the order number.

Very nice, but bits missing, the clips for the hoses and the ground sheet, luckily I had the clips from the last pool

My family tried to out me off buying this pool because it's more expensive than the inflatable topped pools, however I went with it for the size and depth (it is fantastically deep!)My kids all absolutely love it and the quality is brilliant. I can see this lasting for more than just one season. You get what you pay for. Fast, efficient delivery too. Thanks

Just set it up really nice size walls of pool good thick quality BUT the bottom is wafer thin only one micro thin layer don’t think it will last a week let alone the summer very very flimsy will be contacting if I can to see if this is a fault
