They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond by offering me a brand-new replacement in a different style. I chose the Seahorse design, and it looks great and works perfectly in my kitchen. It is rare to find such dedicated support, and I highly recommend this shop for their unique products and quality care. ---Original Review--- I really wanted to love this paper towel holder because the turtle design is absolutely beautiful and looks great on my counter. Unfortunately, the assembly process was a major headache. The main issue was connecting the pole to the base. The screw provided simply would not catch or screw in properly. I couldn't tell if the screw itself was too short or if the threading inside the pole was faulty, but it just wouldn't secure. Luckily, I’m a bit of a DIYer and had a longer screw on hand that I was able to use to get it attached. Even with the better hardware, however, the pole still wobbles a bit when I'm pulling off a towel. If you don't mind potentially having to find your own hardware to make it work, it's a lovely decorative piece. But for the price, I expected the parts to fit together correctly out of the box.

I absolutely love the design, that aside it’s easy to assemble literally less than a minute and surprisingly well made and sturdy

The first towel holder I received looked perfect but the turtle was a little wobbly. A replacement was sent, and the replacement is not defective at all, works great and looks as pictured! Thank you!

Great gift and the wife loves it. Quality made item and looks terrific. Very stable base and holds the larger rolls. Great value for the money and functions properly.

Absolutely adorable and easy to install! I do recommend using your own screwdriver rather than the provided one though, and I wish there was less plastic in the packaging. Otherwise great product!

Beautiful Piece.

I recently moved and decided to go with a beach theme. Not wanting to go overboard, I've opted to primarily decorate with colors and sporadic ocean images, such as the turtle. (My favorite) I wanted to keep it classy and needed a towel holder, so when I saw this, I thought it was perfect. I was right! I was SO impressed with the packaging and how it was presented. Straight out of the box, the quality was apparent. It even came with a little screwdriver! The hand-painted turtle is exquisite, and I absolutely recommend it.

It really is a cherrie addition to your kitchen. I purchased this for my vacation condo but I kept it for myself. My guests will just have to wait until I order again!
