I have purchased and received in time and found Best quality for recording in cubase 5 and FL studio working well no issue found no noise and no sound disturbance. It is work as well as a Focusright sound card. Vocal quality is best 👌

Have tried several interfaces for low budget for practising at my home. But quality was not satisfactory and latency issue was a great worry. Fortunately I came to know about this product and bought it from amazon at a discounted rate. This one is amazing and worth of money. Excellent product. Quality is very good. I recently purchased the Audio Array AI-04 2x2 Gen 3, and it has been a complete disappointment from day one. Not only did the item arrive damaged, but the technical performance is unacceptable for any level of audio work. Key Issues: Defective Hardware: Both the Main Output and Input Gain knobs produce heavy static and "scratchy" electronic noise when turned. This makes precise leveling impossible. Power Instability: The interface has serious shielding or grounding issues. Every time I toggle a light switch or power another device in the room, the AI-04 loses its USB connection to my computer. Zero Customer Support: I reached out to Audio Array for assistance regarding these defects, but I have received no response or support.
