For the price these are really, really good mats! They always last us three or four seasons, and we use them around our above ground pool outside during the summer months. We use them to cover the dirt areas to help keep the pool clean. They come with stakes that keep them firmly attached in the dirt all summer long. The color is really pretty and these mats hold up much better than I expected.

I bought several of these well over a year ago now. I use them on my porch under rocking chairs. I also use them as a ground cover for my dogs, who like to get out early in the morning and sunbathe in the back yard. I put one down each morning and don't have to contend with dew and wet grass covered dogs. It's lightweight and easy to fold back up for storage on the porch overnight. They fold out well into a nice flat surface. They fold up just as easily although they'll never fold up as tightly again as they were out of the package. The ones on the porch have held up perfectly with no color fade. Even the one that spends the day in the sun has minimal fade. They give the porch a nice feel under bare feet. They are easy to sweep and if they get dirty I just give them a blast with a water hose. The corner loops and pegs are a nice touch to keep them in place in the grass, but they wouldn't be much use someplace sandy, like the beach. They are lightweight enough that a good breeze might turn a corner up and over, but I have yet to see one blown across the yard. There is a nice variety of colors and patterns so if I ever need more, I have options for the same known product with a fresh new look. Speaking of the beach and being out in the sun, know that they really are just a nice soft woven plastic, and they do get really warm in the sun, much warmer than a fabric blanket or rug. For the price, they have held up really well. The ones on the porch are almost like new. The dog's rug has been thoroughly abused over time (hey, they're dogs) but so far there's only one hole and it hasn't really frayed at all. The first thing to go on these is the hem, which seems to vary and has slight differences around the edges. In other words, it's not a single piece of edging material all the way around, some areas are better reinforced than others. Even with the hem coming loose, the weaving hasn't begun to ravel out. So as long as the dogs don't mind a missing hem, I don't either. I used to travel regularly and if I'd had these back then, at least one would have been in the trunk at all times. They are quite portable and quite handy. Would I buy these again? I certainly would.

Great product. Rug came in its own zippered bag folded up to return when finished camping. Easy to place where needed. It came with its own "tent spikes" to hold on the ground when camping or in your own yard. Great price and quality-seems to be durable for outside use.

My husband called this rug our best purchase ever! The color is beautiful, and you can flip it over for another look. As other reviewers stated, it dries quickly after a rain shower, and cleans up beautifully from spills, mud, etc. We love to walk on it in barefeet - it's very smooth and soft to the touch. If you need to reposition it, it is light and can easily be done by one person. We're love this rug!

Nice design and rug but the description is not accurate. I paid for a 9x18 and received a 9x12 rug.
