Worn out and leaks. The plumber told me the item was defective and thats why it leaked constantly.

Not sturdy. Poorly Built.
1. The shower arm is not able to handle the wait of 12 x 12 Inch shower, starts shaking when shower is turned on. 2. Not well built. 3. When water booster is switched on the shower arm starts shaking and gives oozing noise. 4. Was worried. 5. Rs 900 .00 Really not worth the deal. The only reason to buy this is to raise the height of shower.

Product is working well. No leakage after 2 months of installation. Increases height of shower for about 6-8 inches. Good finish. Product was missing wall plate. I have used with previous wall plate.
