It came a week earlier, it's comfy but not soft it's a little bit hard but i like that, and also i like the color and material, it has a storage placei love that and it's easy to clean and move and you can wash it easily, but they are two pieces so they moving away from each other, although i recommend it im very happy to have it

We received our couch five days before we needed someone to sleep on it. We began putting it together, and found there were no directions. It took 48 hours for some run from the company to finally contact us. They kindly emailed us a PDF of instructions and a YouTube video. We started using the instructions to put the bed together, however, they were worthless! None of the parts were labeled with the labels in the instructions. We moved to the YouTube video. That was much more helpful, however, we found we were missing several parts and we’re only given one wheel. Very disappointing!

I've had the sofa for a month and here are my thoughts. Assembly: The sofa came in two different boxes, well packed, covered in plastic that has the part number. Don't take off the plastic until you're ready to use the part! two people can put the sofa together in about 90 minutes. There is a good YouTube video that shows the basic methods, Its a good supplement to the instructions. Pros: I'm 6'8" (204cm) and I fit on this sofa. the cushions are hard. the pull outs work just fine. Cons: the arms and back are cushions, not very solid and not very supportive. the chaise cushion slides around a bit. the fabric doesn't pick up stains (I got the gray) you can't wash it but a vacuum hose and baking powder refreshes it ok. Conclusion: i'd buy another one if i had room. I put on a twin sized mattress pad and sheet to make it a bed.

I bought this couch first my new apartment it got shipped very quick. While putting in together one of the arm set didn't fit the locks were too far apart. I contacted the seller the same night and sent pictures of the defective part showing both the arm set and the hook part, they were very quick to respond to me and were very help you. After some texts back and forth trying to identify the problem they replaced the whole couch and was shipped to my house within 2 days. The couch is very comfortable. It have a little smell but is because of the packaging plastic I notice the smell getting less and less every day. Hope this help anyone.

The item was easy to assemble and good size. I had to wait a few days to get the second box to be delivered (don't blame the company for this issues). However after getting the two boxes I am still missing items. I did not receive the v, w or x cushions for the couch as well as the loops to help move the parts that are able to move. The whole couch took about 2 hours to assemble. To find out that I'm missing the most important parts is upsetting and now i have an unfinished couch in my living room... I hope this issue can be resolved quickly to regain happiness in my new couch.

This couch is very poorly made! I purchased it during summer of 2023, and only 2 years later, the couch is literally coming apart. I regret spending the $500.

We absolutely love this sofa bed. I am so glad I didn't listen to some of the reviews. Honestly they should be ashamed to give a poor review and cause some people to not buy it. It was so easy to put together. This company has all pieces and hardware sorted out and labeled for you. Trust me I do not normally give reviews but this one I felt I had to because some of the reviews almost made me not buy it . Just remember you can't please everyone. This was worth every penny. I also had some questions about the product just because I was nervous because of some reviews and they answered my question within a hour of asking them, the problem was more of how FedEx handled the boxes. Not the actual product. I would highly recommend.

For the price point it’s what I expected and little more. Pretty sturdy and nice but beware the cushions are stiff and can be uncomfortable. But for the price it’s all I could ask for and simple to put together with a few swear words like normal with anything furniture assembly.
