Best I've ever used. These work best on smaller wire, 12-18ga.

For $10 this is a great product… so much easier than the traditional one I own… very simple and quick to use.

I’ve been using this quick strip wire toolset mostly for higher gauge wires, and it works really well — easy to use and gets the job done fast. However, when it comes to thicker, low gauge wires, it’s not as effective. Stripping those requires more effort or a different tool altogether. If you mostly work with thinner wires, this set is a solid choice. Just don’t expect it to handle heavy-duty wire stripping easily.

Well, it does work. Just not well. I like how quickly it sets up for use. But the length scale is off. And it doesn't trim just a little bit, so if the measurement is off the first time, I found myself hand trimming off a few mm. I gave them away.

This piece of kit is brilliant - how come I only just found it when I have been battling for years with stripping bits of wire for routine diy electrical jobs ?? A definite must have even if you are only needing to rewire or change a plug. Very simple to use and works perfectly every time - I am female and do odd bits of basic electrics around the house, so the less fiddly the job the better, and this tool fits the bill. Very solidly made, so I feel it should last well.
