Love these for long runs keeps u hydrated for longer amounts of time. Only thing is that the radpberry not that nice I never seem to get use to the flavour .price is a lot cheaper on here tho than some places that ask for quite abit more

Best tasting electrolyte packs I've ever had. Actually feel more energised from drinking them.

LMNT Electrolyte Variety Pack
I bought these LMNT electrolyte sachets to help with dehydration. I went for this variety pack so I could try out the flavours first before buying a full box of just one flavour. I found that the Watermelon was my favourite, and the Orange flavour was also ok. I went on to buy a full pack of the Watermelon Electrolytes as I had found these hydration salts to be helpful.

I actually really like these. They're useful for many reasons. Once you get used to the taste, they hydrate you very well. I've been able to improve my health and readiness for exercise in a significant way with these. Why 3 stars? Well, when you're paying £26 for 12 sachets, and it's working out at £2.17 per sachet. If I have a day with a good amount of exercise, followed by a sauna, I'll easily have 2 sachets, and even possible 3. £2.17 for what's effectively a gram of salt with some flavourings seems a bit of a mickey-take, lads! No wonder reddit is full of home made recipes for these. Not to mention, as I was doing some reasearch using google and chatGPT; chatGPT quickly suggested "do you want me to help you with a home made recipe"... says it all, really.
