Good price and good looking
I bought this airwrap as a gift and after reading some reviews decided I have to open it to see if it is genuine and all the parts are in the box. The delivery was secure with a OTP required. The box was undamaged and appears genuine. The interior Dyson box too appears genuine with serial numbers etc which I registered online and have had no come back regarding not being real, but not sure if I would get come back. All the parts were there. It’s in full working order. It’s quite beautiful actually… pity it’s a gift… my only complaint would be that it isn’t an UAE/UK plug, but I use multi plug points fortunately so this isn’t a problem for now. I would certainly update if anything seems out of the ordinary.

DIDNT WORK
THe product doesnt seem original, though looks like original. it can with ADAPTER wharpped to the package, i didnt realize why.. then i undersrood it doesnt fit the sockets.. neither UAE nor other country ... sockets with 3 round bars... i plugged it through the adapter in all rooms in the house, it didnt work, either power issue or the adapter. bought a new adapter, same issue. the units starts on, and then stops blinking blue color... I DO NOT RECOMMEND... less cost more drama.. disappointed,,

Original product, checked on Dyson app but wrong accessories
Great product, most likely original, just mismatch betweeen online description and the actual accessories. I’d love to be able to attach photos of the actual box I got, it’s not the same advertising. Nonetheless, beautifully packed, checked the accuracy on my Dyson app - all checks out, serial number everything. I’m returning it not because there’s something wrong with it, but because it’s not the accessories I wanted.
