LOVE this company
If you want heat, but not overwhelmingly, this is a great choice. The heat is subdued, but present. The flavors of the other ingredients come through. This is on my repeat order list.

Reorder of good sauces
At my age, I have matured past the point of abusing my taste buds and other parts for a dopamine rush. I look for flavor, heat and balance. There is nothing more pointless then a pure blast of heat or vinegar. I discovered the Humble House sauces (and a few other good ones) watching "The Hot Ones" youtube wing eating episodes. The Ancho & Morita and the Guajillo & Jalapeno are very good, flavorful sauces that are great on anything. This time I elected to get the Habanero one also.

which is my favorite, is a sweet and spicy endeavor that's pretty ...
All the sauces are more mild than anything. These were made for those that can't tolerate spice at all. None of them stand out as true bangers. The Ancho is more a less a bbq sauce, Guajillo is definitely a low-key sriracha clone, and the habanero, which is my favorite, is a sweet and spicy endeavor that's pretty good on a lot of things. None of them taste particularly good on beef, in my opinion. They all are great on chicken though.

Not hot but amazing
If I had to guess, these are all under about 2,000 scu. Some may find this too mild, and find it more of a condiment and not a hot sauce. Each sauce has a similar, thick texture, and has a slightly sweet undertone. Otherwise, each is unique and complex. H+A is fruity, tangy, and the hottest of the three. A+M is smoky and chocolatey. G+RJ is most like your typical texmex hot sauce. This will easily replace my current go-to's of Sriracha and Tobasco. Buy a case.

Best salsas
these salsas are so versatile, full of flavor, but good flavor, each one has character and the pairings are insane. I can't stop buying them! give this a try, though they are pricey they are worth it. Texture-wise they have a great thick texture with no weird particles, these are very smooth, and really, give them a try.

all are good flavors and worth a try
Right up front, all are good flavors and worth a try. None are very hot; I don't see how the Ancho & Morita occupies the same spot in the Hot Ones line-up that Secret Aardvark used to as that's hotter by a power of three. In fact, I find the flavor to be that of tangy barbecue sauce. It's excellent in that regard and probably the best tangy barbecue sauce I've had that wasn't homemade. Unfortunately, the price is such that I wouldn't marinade with it unless I was cooking for the queen. I went through the whole thing in a couple of weeks through sparing use with my daily chicken breast habit. If you're going to try just one, this is the one I would recommend. The Habanero & Amarillo is fairly unique and really the flavor I was most looking forward to, as I love a good sweet heat. Unfortunately, as said, the heat really isn't there while the it's overpoweringly sweet. The bottle should probably list the papaya and mango instead of the peppers, because their flavors are far stronger. It almost tastes like a jelly jam. It's not a bad flavor, just not what it's advertised as. The Guajillo and Jalapeno reminded me of Sriracha (with far less heat) and I didn't see any reason not to go right back to Sriracha once the bottle was gone. Again, probably worth a try if you're shopping for a good array of sauces, but my quest to find right mix for me continues.

Absolutely delicious
As someone who buys waaaay too many hot sauces, this little trio is one of my favorites. Not spicy, but doesn't need to be. The flavor is top notch. If I'm the fence, give it a shot, you will love it
