Seems good value supplement. Cannot be sure if they have any impact as not had any relevant blood tests yet but so far seem to be reasonably consistent capsule quality.

Great product, changed my meds that meant my potassium levels dropped dramatically so had to get some high strength supplements, and these work a treat, easy to swollow and a nice compact design to store easily! Would highly recommend these!

+ convenient packaging + large supply (120 capsules) + easy to swallow capsules + no bitter teste or unpleasant aftertaste +bargain price - advertised 1000mg is split between 2 capsules - 500mg/capsule isn't an impressive amount These capsules are made to be as easy to swallow (8x8x22mm) and as tasteless as possible - at that they are very convenient. Same goes for easy to store, slimline container with 120 of them. Another incentive to buy is the price: approx. 9 quid is a bargain for sure. But then we start to read the fine print and it's no longer sunshine and rainbows. Every capsule covers... 9% of our daily suggested intake. Hardly an impressive result and if we take 2 every day, we'll run out of capsules in 2 months. Or 30 days if we're taking them with our partner, roommate, etc. If the label (bold 1000mg on the front) and product name online wasn't misleading, this product would deserve solid 5 stars. The amount per capsule may not be record-breaking but it's still decent and really cheap supplement in convenient capsules, packed in well thought-out container. So if you're already eating a lot of bananas/tomatoes/nuts/beans etc. and need just a bit of additional potassium, this is a product made for you. But if you need heavier suplementation or struggle with proper potassium absorption, there are more potent products out there.

Good product

I had been wanting to take high doses of ‘Potassium Citrate’ for a long time and what a difference it has made! This is a great product; it works very effectively and enables me to get at least 3000-4000mg daily. The requirement for humans is 4700mg per day.

My wife and I have been taking these for more than a month now, as we have both struggled with low energy. They are a bioavailable form of a natural element that is said to help with electrolyte balance, if for some reason you are not getting it from your diet, and so help with energy. Neither of us have notice any positive or negative effect after a month and plan to continue for another month at least. If no change we will stop it and check for any change over the following couple of months. It is the only way to see if something works or doesn't. We did this with Magnesium and both noticed a benefit for sleeping better, so the method works for us. These represent a decent product and a fair price. They are also sold under another brand name (probably as many are), so watch the labels, not just the name! I'm happy to recommend trying them, you never know what might work!

Very disappointed these potassium citrate capsules are not completely filled to 100%

They have helped the numbness in my feet a little. Hopefully even more so if I keep taking them
